Ideally located, near the old village and the shops of Val d'Isère, on the snow front, our 2-room apartment with a warm decoration is on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence with a lift, a car park and a ski storage room.

It can accommodate 4 people thanks to 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed (Trundle bed 2 x 80). With an area of ​​23 m², it includes a well-equipped American kitchen and redone in 2014, a bathroom and independent toilets.

The living room has a TV, a DVD player and a radio and Bluetooth (to listen to your favorite music via your smartphone).

My wife and i had a great time in this apartment. Is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, in a very quiet area. I can honestly say i didn't hear anything overnight and had a great sleep. The apartment has easy access to the piste after a 60 second walk from the ski locker room and equally easy to ski directly back to the door of the building, which is directly opposite the ski locker room. The apartment has everything required for making evening meals in the apartment and the double bed was quite comfortable. Communication with the owner was answered promptly and professionally and key collection was very easy indeed. Overall this is great apartment and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends and family.

Easy to ski in and out from this nice little place. We had everything we needed. Only the shower head didn’t work properly. Everything else was good and communication with Patrice was fast, even though it was in French (thank you Google Translate). Can recommend this place!

Très bon séjour à Val d'Isère dans cet appartement très sympathique et cosy. Les 23 m2 sont bien exploités et l'appartement est bien aménagé, c'est propre, moderne et fonctionnel.Ma seule déception vient de la vue de l'appartement. En effet, celui-ci est à un étage "semi-enterré" et la vue en face donne sur une une bute de terre et des sapins. Pour voir un bout de montagne il faut être sur le balcon et regarder sur la gauche... Dommage, la vue est un facteur important pour moi.A côté de ça, l'emplacement de la résidence est idéal à Val d'Isère, proche du centre, de beaucoup de départs de rando, possibilité de se garer facilement dans le parking privé.Et merci à Patrice pour la bonne communication pour l'arrivée, l'installation et le départ, tout a été facile.

Gutes Quartier zur falschen Zeit

Wir hatten ein Ferienappartement in den Bergen gebucht, allerdings kannten wir den Ort nicht. Wir müssen sagen, dass die FeWo keinesfalls außerhalb der Saison vermietet werden sollte. Wir waren die Einzigen im ganzen Haus, kein Concierge-Service mehr, keine Bettwäsche ( hätte entsprechend des franz. Kleingedruckten im Vertrag zugebucht werden müssen), die dann auch vort nichtzu organisieren war.Der Ort selber war wie ausgestorben (Mitte Mai) Infrastruktur fast komplett geschlossen. Die Kommunikation war nicht auf Englisch möglich, da die Frau des Vermieters nicht erreichbar war. So sind wir nach einer Nacht (anstatt 2) weitergereist. Im Winter ist das Quartier sicherlich ok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ensoleillé et nous remercions vivement Monsieur Cossard pour ses embellissements en ce qui concerne la nouvelle salle de bain et les toilettes.Nous louons depuis des années ce petit appartement et nous nous plaisons toujours autant vu sa situation dans la station de Val d’Isère .Nous pouvons tout faire à pied : Courses alimentaires et ski étant donné que le logement est sur le front de neige .Un grand merci au propriétaire.Véronique.
