3 Bedrooms fully furnished. Each bedroom has its own 32 inch smart TV mounted to the walls. The living room has a 55 inch smart TV. There is laundry on site. The owner lives nearby and can address any of your needs to make your stay care free. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Access to fax through owner office, if needed. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Come and enjoy. Conveniently located to downtown restaurants and Walgreens is 500 yards away. The house is located 2.2 miles from Cooperstown All Star Village which is a 5-10 minute drive. It is about 19 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park which is a 20-25 minute drive. We look forward to hosting you.

We had a great stay! Bob was a great host. Even welcomed us with a case of water in the fridge! The property is super convenient and close to All Star Village. It was perfect.

Perfect house for a group

Instead of staying on property at All-Star Village, I wanted something where I would have laundry, a kitchen and space to spread out with my family. This house was perfect!!!. It is super close to downtown and just a five minute drive to All-Star village. Plenty of space to move around with a larger group with all the old town quaint upstate New York feel.

Paddling weekend

Robert was a great host as he answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend at the General Clinton canoe Regatta. Thanks Bob for everything!

Perfect place for Cooperstown ASV

My family went to Oneonta for Cooperstown ASV and it was perfect for our family. It was less than a 5 minute drive from ASV and less than 10 minutes from retail stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive, friendly and ensured our family had a great experience. I highly recommend this listing for anyone, especially if you are in Oneonta for baseball.

Lovely home and wonderful host

The house was clean, comfortable and cute. Bob was very accommodating to our questions and requests. The house was only about 5 minutes to the SUNY Oneonta campus. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient, and we really appreciated the cold water waiting for us in the fridge.

Charming rental

Nicely furnished charming house that worked out great for our tournament in All Star Village. It was a short ride to the fields. The house was very clean with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The living room has comfortable furniture with a big screen TV. The owner was easy to reach and was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The owners actually met us in person when we arrived and walked us through the home. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our one week stay. Our power went out, due to weather, and the owner went out of his way to purchase candles and flashlights for us and set them all up while we were out. He was amazing to work with. I absolutely recommend this property!!

We had a great stay. It was a direct shot to the Fields for Cooperstown games.

Bob was very friendly and helpful. We were less than 2 miles from the field. I would recommend anyone staying here. He even had a cold case of water In the fridge for us. The house is cute and clean.

Perfect Spot for Youth Hall of Fame Tournament

My son was playing at SUNY Oneonta and this house was less than 5 minutes away from field. THe house was clean and extremely modern . The host was very accomodating and provided fresh eggs!! Perfect spot.

Great Stay, Home Away From Home

Robert was great, from the reservation to checkout. If I had a question he got back to us right away with answers to our questions. At check-in he met us at the property and walked us through everything. The house had 3 bedrooms, each with their own AC unit, and this was great since it was a little humid during our stay. Kitchen had everything you would use at home and made cooking very convenient. The bathroom also had everything, down to handsoap. It was in a great location, just a few minute drive to All-Star Village and restaurants. If we ever visit Oneonta or Cooperstown we would not hesitate to stay here again.
