Located on 4 acres of very spacious grounds with beautiful views on the south end of Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Surrounded by a beautiful 200 acre private property and water front. "There is always something to do."

This traditional lake house has an open kitchen and two living areas, the master bedroom is upstairs with full bath and deck. There are three bedrooms and four baths down stairs. The property can sleep 16 people on 10 matrices in the house.

Enjoy the view of the lake and property from three decks, with a hot tub providing one of the best views! There is a lot of space in this 3400 square foot house. "The pictures do not do it justice."

Included in the price there is access to:

A tree house on the property that has 2 twin beds and 2 "spaces" in the loft to sleep on, with play ground equipment for all ages. A spiral staircase provides easy entry. There is a window air conditioner that works well, and there is a separate fan to circulate the air in the tree house.

A sand volley ball court (non regulation) with lights and balls is ready for play.

A covered dock with diving board and ladder with three boat slips and a slip with float for a personal watercraft. A full size canoe with paddles is available for use any time. A 6 X 20 floating pad is available. Provided in limited amounts : life jackets, floats, and fishing gear.

Absolutely stunning property. The house is charming and with ample room for gathering or finding a quiet space off on your own. The house is full of art, books, games and you can tell many generations made memories there together. A truly special place. My team was there for work, so didn't spend much time at the house during the day but it was fully stocked and perfect for making delicious meals and getting a restful night's sleep.

Fun Vacation

This was our second year back and it was as good as the first! The home has lots of space for big groups to spread out and just as many amenities to keep everyone of all ages entertained. All at a fair piece and the host is very easy to work with and accomadating.

Family Week

We have one full week in our year that all of our kids and grandkids are able to set aside and gather in one place. This is a great place with fun for all of the ages of our grandkids. Tom has always been a great host…helpful in every situation that has come up.

Excellent home for family retreat!!

This was a fantastic property for our 3 generation family gathering. I would definitely rent this again and highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a great get-away space with lots of activities to do. There were so many details inside and outside the home for us to enjoy. You will not be disappointed if you chose this rental.

Family Getaway

Our group of 11 was looking for fishing, swimming, privacy and space to be together. This property had everything we could have wanted and was beautiful as well. The wildlife was abundant and the fishing was good. Would highly recommend this space for a family or friends group as it had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, as well as large common areas. The host was accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs.

Awesome property tons of privacy!!

We enjoyed the room to roam and all the outdoor activites. The house is amazing, spacious and so well thought out. All 6 adults had their own space Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together and firepit was amazing. Tom was the perfect host, we feel thankful to have been able to share this lovely home. We are already planning a return trip!!

Our family had an amazing time at this property. We loved the privacy of this property for our kids and grandkids to be able to play and run. The amenities for the outdoors were perfect from the sand volleyball court to the water mat at the dock. When we had questions the owner Tom was quick to respond. Lakeside Retreat

The property was perfect. So beautiful, so many things to do: volleyball court, private dock for three boats, swim platform, fire pit, hot tub. Everything we needed was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was wonderful.

Our large group had a wonderful week! Between lake time, dock time, porch time, and inside time we had plenty to do and plenty of space to spread out. Tom was very friendly and helpful and easy to reach for the 2 questions we had. Hoping for a return visit next summer!

Long weekend with family

Plenty of space for 12 of us. Comfortable and accommodating. One family member is mobility challenged and was able to enjoy the property; no-step entry, seat in shower, no step out to the back (hot tub) deck, driveable down to dock. Kids ages 8-14 swam, fished canoed and loved the treehouse!

Awesome Getaway!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The property is very private and secluded and still close to everything. The view from the front of the home is just as great as the view of the lake. Our family and friends enjoyed playing volleyball in the evenings under the lights. The home has plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Tom the host, was very responsive to anything we needed.

Lake time!

The property is great, so great that this was our second year to come. It’s a beautiful property right on the lake that is like your own tucked away oasis. Our whole family came and there was something to do for the 4 year old all the way to the 55 year old. We live swimming at the dock with the lily pad and diving board. Kids couldn’t get enough!

Everything we hoped for!

We'd stayed for 4 nights in August of 2021, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 families with teens and young adult "children." So clean and beautiful with all of the extra details that make a vrbo stay such a delight. Tom was immediately attentive to all of our questions. The lake off of the dock was deep and clean and surprisingly warm for how large it was. We hope to stay here again someday!

Couldn't ask for more! Perfect for large family

Everything about this property is perfect! Large family reunion from 10 yr olds up to mid 80's totally loved this place, there was nothing missing from the fully stocked house to the boat dock. Many many hours spent in the water with fun & relaxation for all. We will definitely book this house again for our next reunion. My only hesitation is giving such glowing review that it might be booked next time I want it :) No matter the size or ages of your group this house accommodates everyone, you won't go wrong. Thanks Tom for opening your house to us.

Peaceful home away from home

Tom was a wonderful host every step of the way. The property is just beautiful. So relaxing to sit and enjoy the view from the deck. The hot tub was perfect. The boat deck was perfect for us with our kids especially because the Lilly pad that was provided and all the life vests and even the canoe and fishing. The home was very clean and everything was there for us to use. Didn’t really need to bring anything. He has a electric pellet smoker, another smoker and grill. He provided ice for our coolers. Which was an amazing bonus. The volley ball court was a fun bonus as well. The kids had toys to play with there too. They have lots of games at the house free for us to use. The best feature was the sound system throughout the home and outdoors and even us being able to plug out phones in for music on the boat dock. The treehouse was amazing for our kids!!! Beds and home just made us feel comfortable and gave us the relaxing vacation we really needed. Thank you Tom. We WILL be back!

Everything was absolutely great. The house is beautiful, comfortable and everything was in perfect condition.The deck and all outdoors was awesome, great for fun with the family and relaxing on the decks.The dock could use some repairs but was functional and well equipped for fun through the day.Overall, amazing. We had a great time.
