Located on Marco Island, plenty of room, private outdoor heated pool, fully equipped kitchen,3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 1 king , 1 queen, 2 twin beds, dining room (seats 8) .
Large indoor and outdoor patio and pool decks , fire table, Smart TV in lanai, 6 lounge chairs, conversation chairs, dining table (6), boat dock for fishing,. Also able to tie up to 34 foot boat at dock. Two adult Sun bikes available , as well as beach chairs, cooler, cooler bag, umbrella and trolley, 2 kayaks.
Fully equipped laundry room w full-size washer and dryer .BBQ, free high speed wifi .
The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet with supermarket pharmacy and wine and liquor within walking distance .
Large comfortable home with beautiful water views and breathtaking sunsets. Ceiling fans and central climate control throughout the house . Wifi speakers and Sonos sound system on pool deck and in family room. Casual and fine dining located on the island , beach is a 5 minute drive. 20 minutes to Naples !

Great house and location

The house is as advertised - beautiful, well-kept and fully stocked with essentials. We had a great time and loved being able to rent a boat and park it in our own backyard. We recommend this house and would love to come back.

Everything you will need

We stay in a VRBO every year. This is one of the best we have ever stayed in. This is a beautiful house! We traveled to Marco Island with our teenage children and their friends and this house was perfect! They loved the pool and the outdoor television and sound system, especially in the evenings. They kayaked and fished the canals, swam in the pool, played board games, and watched movies. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There was plenty of beach gear, beach towels, and even bicycles. Melissa was EASY to communicate with by text and was so helpful. Marco Island is beautiful, quiet, and just a short drive from busier Naples. We loved this house, this island, and our time here. We were sad to leave!

Marco Island Waterfront with Pool

We had a great stay. This is probably one of the best equipped rentals that I've ever stayed in. There were plenty of glasses and dishes and utensils....and towels! Marco Island is beautiful, and this location is close to everything. The master bedroom is on one side of the house with the 2 other guest rooms on the other side. This gave my husband and I peace and quiet while my teenage daughter and her friend were having fun doing what teenagers do. The pool was an added bonus. Everything was exactly as listed and did not disappoint. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Beautiful Home

We had a really good time on Marco Island. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs and toys and the pool was awesome. The kids never wanted to get out. The whole process was easy and made our vacation go smooth with no worries or hassles.
