Very well equipped, excellent location 10-15min walk to the beach. Clean and well maintained pool and hot tube. Nice to have cleaning crew do pool and hub tube maintenance during the week. Recommend!

Marco Island January '25 trip

Lovely property in a great location. Easily walkable to catch the sunset at the public beach access, or to grab happy hour/dinner at the restaurants in Marco Walk Plaza.Host was always helpful and responsive to questions or issues.

Perfect house for a very active family with teenagers and dogs.The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the amenities, but the bikes were a definite bonus, we liked them more than we thought we would.

Great location, clean and comfy.

It’s a plus when you check in and the property looks exactly as pictured on VRBO and it was very clean. The location was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The owner was very responsive to questions. I wish I had been felling better, I would have enjoyed more of what Marco island had to offer. Looking forward to another stay.

Best Thanksgiving!

House is as described. It could use some updates, like the master bathroom and mattresses, however had everything we needed. It was a perfect location and a comfortable stay. We would definitely rent this house again!

The home was as described: clean and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had coffee maker, spices, ice maker, and good appliances and outdoor grill. The pool and hot tub were very clean and a perfect temperature. And a nice pool table too! Our teenage grandsons brought fishing kayaks and caught many snook and snapper in the canals behind the house. The beach was a 15 minute walk - we usually drove to the beach parking areas and toted our cart, umbrella, etc. on the landscaped paved public walkways to the beach. We had a few small issues which were resolved immediately by our hosts. Best meals out - Deep Lagoon(dinner) and lunch at Capri Fish House! Both delicious and fun!Overall - a great vacation with all we were hoping for - a lovely house and location.

Location is everything! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Qi and Norman were easy to communicate and very responsive. If you are looking for a relaxing spot close to everything you need. This is the place!

Fabulous location!

Enjoyed the spacious house, pool, bikes, and pier! It was an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, and Farmer's Market! We appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood, and beautiful view from the lanai! The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with during our month stay. We are booked for next year!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful Marco Island. Easy access to the beach and places to eat and everything you needed for a fun and relaxing week was provided. Beautiful home with beautiful views. Loved sitting out by the pool each morning having coffee and enjoying the view. We will definitely be back.

Excellent house

The house was in excellent condition and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we had one issue with the pool not being heated properly and the owner had it fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great time.

Marco Island

We just spent a week with our adult children and new granddaughter in this home! It was a wonderful place. So close to everything. We walked to the beach, rode bikes, fished off the dock and swam in the enclosed pool. Plenty of covered porches to get out of the sun. The beds were very comfy. We have been to the island a few times, this house was the best in every way.
