**NOTE- There is no access to Suncadia's swim and fitness center when booking this home because of the resort's policies and rules. Our apologies.** There are plenty of outdoor fitness areas for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, running, walking, nearby lakes for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and the Summit at Snoqualmie Nordic and Downhill Ski and Recreation all nestled in the heart of the Cascade Mountains!

This spacious yet cozy, dog friendly home sleeps 8 with 2 large bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, plus a sleeping loft and 2.5 bath in the heart of Suncadia nestled in the Cascade Mountains. A perfect home for a couple looking to spend a weekend away enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains to larger families looking for a fun outdoor recreation filled stay. This home is located at Suncadia Resort which boasts many year round recreational activities for you, your family & friends to enjoy!

The main level holds an open kitchen design to the living room as well as patio access to bbq. The main floor also includes a powder room, master bedroom with queen size bed, master bath and access to the 1 car garage. The couch transforms into a queen bed.

The second floor has 1 bedroom and a large loft. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has a sofa that transforms into a queen bed. The bedroom and loft share a full bathroom. The second floor has a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

Outstanding Property, as advertised!

Beautiful property, perfect for families and pets. Well appointed, large space upstairs for kids or friends to hang out. I would recommend highly.

Short stay in Suncadia

We just wanted a place close to Stampede pass where we were going to scatter our mom’s ashes. The condo was lovely, and just what we were looking for. The only dislike was the Google Android TV. Maybe it was just us, but we could not find a way to get any local channels. We missed our SeaHawk game and wanted updates on the fires in Hawaii that just seemed unavailable with this setup. We enjoyed both restaurants and hope to come back one day to enjoy the bike/hiking trails.

Perfect stay in Suncadia!

We chose this townhome for our first visit to Suncadia with our family of four. The space was ideal for my husband and I and our two teenage sons. While we did not have access to the pool (which we knew going in), the location was still ideal for the Suncadia activities we participated in - golf, bike and kayak rental, and restaurants and bars. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided all of the information needed for our trip. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Suncadia.
