The Space
Designed for up to 8 guests, the open-concept main floor welcomes you with a gourmet kitchen featuring a 5-burner gas range, large refrigerator, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The dining area seats 6 at the table with bar stool seating for up to 4 more.
The living room is a true gathering space — soaring vaulted ceilings, a generous Crate and Barrel sectional, a gas fireplace, Bluetooth-enabled stereo, and a 48` LED TV with all the main streaming apps. Step through the doors to the large covered deck with outdoor furniture and a high end BBQ. The home is shielded from the neighbors by a vibrant green belt and a private hot tub and fire pit await.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Main floor primary suite — Decadent Tempur-pedic King bed (new as of June 2025), ensuite with soaking tub, glass shower, dual sinks, and private deck access. The heated walk-in closet doubles as a peaceful nursery with pack-and-play and changing table included.
Upstairs primary — luxurious Stearns & Foster king mattress (new June 2025)
Upstairs third bedroom — comfortable queen bed (new as of 2025)
Upstairs full bath — dual sinks, enclosed tub/shower combo
Half bath on main floor
All three mattresses were replaced in June 2025 with luxury medium-feel mattresses. Linens, duvets, pillows, and towels are provided for all guests.

We invest continuously in keeping this home in top condition: new dishwasher (July 2026), new washer/dryer (Spring 2024), all-new mattresses (June 2025), and regularly refreshed linens and towels. You`ll find a well-stocked kitchen and a detailed home binder to make your stay seamless.

Parking
Three spots in the driveway and one in the garage. The carport and garage are best suited for small cars, larger ones can park behind them.

What`s Available to All Guests Community trails (walking, running, biking, snowshoeing), tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, playgrounds, sledding and tubing areas in the winter, play fields, golf courses, on- and off-leash pet areas, restaurants, and the winery are all open to resort guests.
Note: The Suncadia Swim & Fitness Center requires a member escort. We`re on-site roughly twice monthly and are happy to arrange access when timing aligns — just ask!
Please treat the home as you would your own and all will be well. Taking responsibility for any damage or issues and letting me know before hand is super helpful as we can likely address them while you stay!
Since our cleaning company does not work on Saturdays - We can no longer accept a Saturday check in or check out.
We allow pets but sadly have had several naughty creatures who were not properly kenneled cause real damage. With that in mind we require prior approval for any rental group with pets, we have a list of requirements that need to be agreed to in to avoid issues during your stay.
