This is a luxurious, pet friendly home that boasts four master suites, a private hot tub, and backs up to the driving range! From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a fantastic outdoor living space with views of the Prospector Golf Course driving range and a gas fire pit. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the warm, private hot tub just steps off the back patio. The whole family will enjoy playing ping-pong and shuffleboard in the garage game room!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and in a convenient location if you want proximity to the Lodge and to the new shopping/restaurant area that is being built. We spent a lot of time enjoying the covered porch with the fire pit.

Great Location

The Zen Den was just as pictured and provided a great spot to recharge between hikes, bikes, and activities with the kids. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place!

Here for a bball tournament. Can't beat 4 masters! Hot tub was great. Parking situation a little tight, but can cross the street to park at lodge.

Great location. The unit was clean. However, there are issues that need to be addressed. Neither the toaster nor the garbage disposal worked. Per the refrigerator the water filter should have been replaced 99 days ago. Additionally, all rental materials should clearly state that there is no access to a swimming pool, either in Suncadia or at Roslyn Ridge.

Our whole family (including the dog!) enjoyed the outdoor seating area and yard. I wish all pet-friendly rentals were in this good of condition! The location made it easy to walk to the Lodge, or to take advantage of all the walking paths and trails in Suncadia. The games in the garage added to our entertainment options, and the car charger was a much-appreciated convenience. We cooked most meals in and had everything we needed except for maybe one large saute pan. We'd love to come back and stay, with a group big or small!

Great townhome

This townhome is so great! It is so much bigger in-person; the pictures do not do it justice. The home has everything you need and has probably been the cleanest property we have stayed at in Suncadia. The property managers were really easy and helpful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here or at sister property again.

This was the perfect house for my whole family including our dogs and grand kids!!! Everything was very easy and straight forward with checking in and out. House was super clean and had everything we needed and more.

Family reunion

With seven adults, three young kiddos, and three family dogs, we needed lots of space. The Zen Den was perfect. Every room had a private bath and there was adequate space for the pack-n-play cribs. The kitchen/dining space was perfect and my adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. We hadn’t been to Suncadia before, but what a beautiful place! We’ll be back for sure.

Exceeded Expectations

This was a perfect location to the lodge and spa. The house was super clean, well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi was perfect, and garage games were super fun. We would definitely rent from here again. Back yard has a small open area on the side. We had to block it off as our two pets found the opening.

We have stayed at several weekend rentals over the years, this was hands down the best place we have stayed! The amenities were as described, the house was very clean, all the beds were super comfortable, the ping pong and shuffle board were a hit for everyone, the house had everything you needed for a long weekend or a week away. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, (which was also very clean), while watching the deer, elk and wild turkeys graze out back. The host was quick to respond to any question, communication was great, we felt right at home!

Dog Friendly!

My husband and I took a quick trip out of town for the weekend. It was great our two boys (dogs) were able to join us. The home was in a great location, very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the yard was mostly fenced with the exception of a small gap on the side of the house. With the recommendation of the property manager, we were able to seal the gap by moving one of the outdoor chairs. They even provided a doggie starter basket with pet friendly towels (all marked with the word pet), a couple of dog treats and doggie bags. I thought that was super cute for a pet friendly home. We would definitely stay here again!

Suncadia Summer Get-away

The communication was very good throughout the entire stay. We lodged in this same town home last year, but under different owners. The current owners improved the home by adding more patio furniture, a new bbq, and a hot tub. The place was very clean and appropriately stocked with the necessities for keeping it clean. The patio furniture was the only thing that was somewhat stained and dirty. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your property with us. -Tim and Linda

The ping-pong table, shuffleboard, and hot tub was great as well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the gas fireplace watching all of the sledders go down the hill across the way. My only suggestion would be that you should only have two cars because the property shares a driveway with another unit so you only have 2 spots. There is one extra parking spot but our neighbors had three cars so we only had room for two.

Great Family Weekend

The home was the perfect size for nine people. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the games in the garage were great. We spent a lot of time playing ping pong and shuffle board. The hot tub was convenient and we watched deer every morning on the driving range. We had dinner at the winery and rented bikes to ride through the property. The house was super clean. The only thing missing with this property is that you can’t access the lovely pools and the fitness area. You have to rent through the lodge for those amenities. We loved the place and would highly recommend it for other guests.
