"Moon Rise Trail" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse. Just out the backdoor is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks.

The well stocked Kitchen features stainless appliances and a large center island for preparing great in home meals. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. The over sized and comfy sectional is great for relaxing and taking in your favorite TV Program or Movie.

* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV and private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with a twin/full bunk with a twin trundle underneath.
* The upper floor queen guest bedroom and bunk room share a jack-n-jill bath with a walk-in shower.

This is an ideal getaway for 2 to 3 families. The central location of the cabin in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting! You'll also enjoy gourmet meals at Suncadia's Portals Restaurant, The Canary Lounge, and Swiftwater Winery! Walk to golf at the award winning Prospector's Golf Course, or take a short 1 mile drive through the resort to enjoy Suncadia's newest public course, Rope Rider!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 4 cars in the garage and driveway. Additional vehicles will need to park at the Inn at Suncadia just around the corner as there is no street parking. **

Great Place in Suncadia

Just a perfect spot in the middle of suncadia, lots of fun things in walking distance like the lodge, trails, and the amazing winey! Absolutely amazing place to hang out and recharge.

The property was great, clean and included everything you may need. The hot tub was clean and hot, great to sit in while watching it snow. The location was also ideal, walking distance to the lodge, ice skating rink and sledding hill.

Great House

Moon Rise trail is a great place to stay. So much room for 6 adults and a couple kids. Lots of fun things to do and places to go. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Lovely stay in the snow

The house is well stocked with a variety of kitchenware and tools that made cooking for two families very easy. We appreciated the sharp knives, aluminum foil, and gas BBQ outside. The coffee maker and two of the burners on the stove weren't working, and the management immediately offered to bring out a new coffee maker and hot plate. Kids had fun playing in the snow both at the house and at the sledding hill nearby.
