This well-appointed cabin boasts 2,800 sq ft of living space including the Studio Apartment above the garage. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops and tile flooring.

* Main floor master suite features a king bed, TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed, a twin/full bunk and a private sink.
* The upper floor loft area has a twin/full bunk and a Smart TV.
* The upper floor bedrooms and loft area are supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.
* The studio apartment above the garage features a king bed, a small dining table, refrigerator, microwave and a private 3/4 bath with a walk-in shower.

This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This new facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. Just a short walk from the cabin.

Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day weekend weather permitting!

Great family snow trip!

This was a great property for our multi-generational family trip to the snow! The garage apartment allowed privacy for those without kids and there were snow toys in abundance. The fire pit and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed.

Cozy house

This house was perfect for our women's retreat! Plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room. We loved having two tables in the kitchen/dining area, too.

Nice stay with a few setbacks.

The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed. We had to do our own ice removal on the sidewalk. The shower head on the second level was in disrepair with very poor water pressure. Though there is carpet in the photos, the living room is completely floored in LVP. Something we would have liked to have known in advance when traveling with a toddler. Generally a good value.

Great location for a group or family

We recently stayed at this property for a brief family vacation - seven adults and four kids three and under. It was a great set up for our group and we felt like we had plenty of room. Overall, the community wasn't crowded, very quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Great location close to Suncadia and Roslyn. We all agreed we'd definitely come back!

Great Location

The home is in a very nice area/neighborhood, it had all of the beds we needed and the main living area was nice and large for everyone to be in and visit etc., My family enjoyed our time and were happy that there was a Christmas tree and some decorations, that was super nice and made it feel cozy. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of this home. While the bathrooms were clean and beds were made, it definitely could use a major deep clean, the hall closet which we could use to hang jackets and had some supplies and a vacuum smelled so bad, we believe it was because the vacuum hadn't been cleaned. We needed to use some sheets from one of the twin bunks for a floor bed for our granddaughter and the sheets looked dirty, I washed them and they looked better, but there was a bad pee stain on them. The kitchen, although it looked nice, there was food splatter on the cabinets, I cleaned a lot of them while doing dishes etc., The apartment over the garage was a perfect space for one of our daughters and her husband, however again not clean, she took pictures of the ceiling full of cobwebs, which were in the area that the bed and table were located. She also did not use the duvet on the bed because it was dirty. The issue we have is paying extensive cleaning fee's and then feeling like we cleaned and left the home cleaner when we left. Maybe this isn't normal for this property, but for us it very frustrating.

Easy access for drives to the mountains and lakes and creeks. Pickleball court outside, garage apartment and games. And almost all the cooking things you need. Clean, well maintained. Would recommend to friends and relatives. Also kids could bike all around there. And wrap around deck to sit out and visit. We love it there!

I wouldn’t have had to pack any kitchen items like I usually do. They have thought of everything. Having the Pickleball court outback was used by all ages, big and little. Ping pong in garage. Apt above garage was nice for grandpa n grandma. Great Grandma n grandma could stay in house. And then the Roslyn Ridge Activity center was so close to use. It really is a perfect family house for all ages.
