Excellent accommodation & Kate was a great host! The property has everything that you could possible need as is very well stocked. The heated pool & hot tub were a hit with our friends & family and the house was very clean, tidy and comfortable for everyone. We couldn't have asked for any more. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

Everything about the property was as advertised! Great location. Pool was warm enough for the kids to play in day and night. Kate was responsive and made check in so easy. Our family had a great spring break. We would highly recommend the s’mores code cabin to anyone looking to stay in the suncadia community.

In our opinion, the property was ideal for our family. We had 4 full bedrooms (one kids room with 4 bunk-beds was ideal) and each room had en-suite bathrooms which made it awesome. The house also had another half bathroom by the kitchen. The pool and hot tub are ideal for the kids or Grandkids as they spent a lot of time enjoying the water. A nice surprise was the Toiletries in all bathrooms with ample shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in all bathroom. Coffee was also available. The grilling area was very beneficial as was the overall common space in the house. We would recommend it without any hesitations or reservations.

Fantastic property - great for families

We visited the Smores Code Cabin over Memorial Day Weekend and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The house was very clean and well stocked and the game room, pool, and outdoor seating area were a massive hit with the kids. A short walk to Battista park each day and short drives to anything else in Suncadia we wished to do. Kate was extremely responsive and helpful and made booking and check in very easy. Would book again in a heartbeat!

This was an ideal house for my friends and family. Dog friendly - with accommodations for the pet! The pool at the home was perfect for the 5 and 8 year old to be in all day long. A real bonus is each bedroom having its own bathroom. The room with bunkbeds was awesome-each bunk had its own TV! A very lovely home.The location was great - homes a little more spread apart and walking/biking distance to Suncadia Lodge for s'mores and beautiful sunset.EV charger was a happy surprise! I would defintiely stay here again.
