We stayed 2 weeks while we were remodeling our house. Great communication with the property manager. The house is in great shape, very clean and high end finishes. The kitchen was adequately stocked and I really appreciated the coffee was provided. This house definitely has a unique floorplan. If you have anyone staying with you that has issues with stairs, you should know that the kitchen and family room are upstairs. It's kind of like a tree house - a spiral staircase up to the 2nd floor where the view of the course is better than below.
