The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio and private bath with dual sinks and a huge walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and is supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo that is located off the hallway.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a queen master suite with 2 queen beds, a TV w/Dish and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* Upper floor bunk room has two sets of twin/full bunk beds and two pull-out twin trundle beds.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.
