Lovely property, well stocked, exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Easy check-in and communicative hosts. As convenient as anywhere in Suncadia (which can be a mixed bag since it’s a bit disconnected from other shops/services) but you know that is what you are signing up for when you go there. If time at Suncadia is what you want, this is a great choice.

Perfect open concept for a large group

We had a party of 12 friends and the house had great spaces for gathering in the kitchen/living room/ outdoors for our large group. It was a beautiful location and fun to be right off the golf course.

Lovely place to stay

We just had a fabulous weekend here at this property. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. It was perfect for our group of 2 families. The kids enjoyed the bunk house room and all of the games in the garage. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. It was a beautiful house in a beautiful area. Kids loved playing in the snow! Thank you for renting your beautiful home!!

Wonderful family gathering option

Home was as advertised and was a wonderful gathering for our group. The bunk rooms and game room set this apart from other option as worked for us perfectly. The couple of small items are all the door hinges need oil and the yard/weeds screams rental property. We would recommend the home for any family groups. Also agree with prior review - master bed frame has got to go.

Comfortable Home

House had a variety of bedroom situations. Great for several families staying together. Kitchen very well maintained. Game room was a huge hit for the kids. Did have trouble with Internet/wifi connections as it would come and go. The hot tub was great but it was hard to walk to in the dark. We may have missed the light switches for outside. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful, Spacious Home

Tipple Hill Retreat is a well-maintained, spacious, beautiful home that well accommodated our family of 18. Two master suites include a twin bunk bed for kids, and there is an additional spacious bunkroom that sleeps six. Everything was in working order, and we really enjoyed the game room and the gas fireplace. The dining space includes two separate tables, which worked great for us. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. We did all our own cooking with ease.

Great Family Place

I would loved to give this place a 5, but there were a few things thst prevented a perfect score. Here are all the great things first. Kitchen was fully stocked, the location was amazing firepit was fun with the family and Lake Cle Elum was nearby. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were a few downside items. There was not a single wash cloth in the house, hand towels only and the requirements for leaving the house were more than rentals we have typically stayed in. You are required to wash and dry all towels and you are allowed 2 bags of garbage - anything after that is $10 per bag - which as a group of 12 seems a bit ridiculous. The front door didn't lock on exit so we had to get tricky and leave through the garage. 2 of our people were stung by wasps when trying to get the bbq going. You don't have access to any of the Suncadia swimming or activities. This house was a great rental, as long as you are prepared for these things before arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at the Tipple Hill Retreat to celebrate a 50th birthday and it was simply delightful! The location was perfect, the home was open, warm and welcoming, and the amenities (firepit, grill, hot tub and game room) were perfect for a fun gathering. We had to do a bit of wiping down when we arrived due to some large spider/cobwebs in the corners of a few of the low windows near seating, as well as the outdoor furniture, which was quite dusty) and a few areas of the home have fallen into some disrepair (a bathroom towel bar that was off the wall and propped in a corner, kitchen drawers that are difficult to open/close, torn slider window screens and sliding doors that are a challenge to open and close, etc.), and a few beds listed as "queen" are actually "full" sized -- but in the grand scope of our stay, they were minor inconveniences compared to the delightful property, and kind and attentive property management staff. I recommend more accurately reflecting the bed sizes in the property description, and guests would certainly appreciate some maintenance on some of the above items for their hard-earned money -- but I would definitely stay at Tipple Hill Retreat again in the future!

Great Stay with Fun Amenities

Me and a group of 14 guys booked this stay for my bachelor's and we had an amazing time. It's right next to several golf courses and the nearby sports courts were great. The stay had everything we needed and some more, like a hot tub and game room.

Boys golf trip

We had a great time in the house! It’s perfectly located for a golf trip and had enough beds for everyone in the group. My only negative about the place is the windows don’t have blinds, so it got very bright at 5am and made it hard to sleep in back the a** crack of dawn. Other than that, it checked off every box you could hope for!

Long weekend getaway

House was beautiful and functional, and the propertyy management was very reaponsive to any questions we had before and during the stay.There were lots of warnings about being outside after 10pm (neighbors filing noise complaints that turn into fines), so the firepit had a more limited usefulness. But overall the stay was fantastic.

Amazing experience

There were 5 families who went on this trip. Kids enjoyed their time in the garage/play room and outside (snowed a lot), adults enjoyed hot tubs and fire pit. House was very clean as well. For future visitors, there was no cooking oil.
