The Cozy Comfy Cabin - New Luxurious Home at Suncadia

This new "cabin" sits on the edge of the forest, includes 3 bedrooms, a TV nook, 4.5 baths, a modern kitchen, gas fireplace, smart TVs, cathedral ceilings, a spacious patio w/gas firepit & hot tub, and a studio suite w/ kitchenette, a full bath and smart TV, located just steps away from the front door above the detached garage. This home comfortably sleeps 12, and is located at The Cabins at the Farm, in Suncadia, WA, just past Nelson Farm. It is the last home on the street with forest on two sides making it as private as it gets in the area. Wildlife can be seen almost every day and having deer walk just a few feet away while you're in the hot tub on the edge of the forest looking up at millions of stars is an amazing experience. Year-round activities abound: Golf, hiking, biking, x-country skiing, the Glade Spring Spa, Nelson Farm, a skate-bike park, and delicious eateries and entertainment in nearby Rosly & Cle Elum. Retreat. Relax. Recharge.

Peaceful and Cozy

This cabin was definitely cozy! It is the last cabin on the street and was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a cup of coffee each morning by the fireplace with a beautiful view through the giant back yard windows. The large hot tub was the highlight of each evening. The cabin is very spacious and everyone fit comfortably. Property manager was very kind and responded promptly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Why they chose this property

Blue skies most of the year, amazing sunsets and sun rises, millions of stars while sitting on the edge of the forest, more privacy in this development than any other lot... a peaceful easy feeling every time we visit.

What makes this property unique

Every time we visited Suncadia before we bought our home, we made special memories. Festivals at Nelson Farm, tubing, building snowmen, snowball fights on the driving range, wild life everywhere, yummy meals at The Coal Chute Cafe, The Sunset Cage, Beau's Pizza & Pasta, lounging in the hot tub lazy Saturday and Sunday mornings.... lots of laughter and love. We looked for a long time and before buying. We didn't want a giant mansion. And we didn't want a small condo or town home. When we found the Cabins at the Farm, we knew we'd found our own retreat. The builder wanted our lot for himself because of its size and private location, plus extra parking. It is private and peaceful, comfy and cozy, with all modern appliances and a design. The back patio and the knotty cedar cathedral ceiling is stunning.
