Family dream!

Great stay with our family of 5! With the bunk room may even let everyone bring a friend next time. Enjoyed the game room every day and cooked in for every meal. Nice quiet neighborhood close to Suncadia and the town for resupplying.

Family weekend getaway

Needed a nice little weekend getaway with the family and kiddos. This was the perfect place for that. The garage had games to keep us occupied although in the winter time it's freezing in there but ya bundle up and you're good to go. The house is lovey and to make it even better the property manager is amazing! Very responsive and made sure throughout the weekend everything was running smoothly for us.

House worked out perfect for our family of 11. Everything was as expected. House was clean, TV's worked great with You Tube (Football) Propane tanks were full on the outdoor burn pit, bbq. Game room was a hit for the kids as the snow amount was minimal. We would book this again.

Lake and pool just a short ride away and had good food in Roslyn. I would recommend this house!

Great location for a winter weekend with friends!

We had a wonderful time here on a low key weekend with friends. Our families got to play in the snow, play pop a shot, use the hot tub, and bbq in the rain/snow. The rooms were great and the space to spread out was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, they had additional sleds for us, and other nice touches. Would totally recommend a stay here. Only quirk is the garage is detached so you have to walk outside to get to it, and the key code to the garage was wrong. However, I texted the hosts/vacation rental agency and it was resolved within 20 minutes. So communication was also very quick!

Beds were also comfortable if you like it slightly on the firm side. There was plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults and 6 kids. Lots of entertainment for everyone with large yard, hiking trails, board games, and a large two car garage that was converted into a massive game/entertainment area. Kept the kids off of their electronic devices. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

There’s a lot of area for them to ride bikes. We weren’t able to use the nearby pool because the weather wasn’t good, but we did go check it out and it looked very nice. Overall no major complaints. Other than I will say the house wasn’t overly stocked in comparison to some other rentals I’ve stayed at in the past.
