Incredible property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 20 person family reunion, participants from 3 to 75 (96-year-old mom visited for the day). House was amazing (pool used everyday, had a family tournament with all the sports gear, movie room was a favorite)! But the best part was the responsiveness of the staff, Marisa in particular was a hardworking, attentive, warm-hearted jewel. Any other issues we had were dealt with promptly and with a smile.

The house exceeded our expectations - it was a fantastic place for our extended family to relax and reconnect. Derrick and Conner were great hosts and made our stay easy. We loved karaoke and games in the Speakeasy, time in the pool and hot tub, walleyball in the gym, and hang out time in the great room. A week to remember!

An Unforgettable Wedding Weekend — 5 Stars Across the Board!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with VR365 was nothing short of exceptional! When planning our wedding, we wanted a property that could accommodate upwards of 40 overnight guests. Our vision was to bring all our favorite people together under one roof for an unforgettable wedding weekend. We found the Grand Retreat, an incredible 13,500-square-foot home in Suncadia, and it exceeded every expectation! We held a beautiful, intimate ceremony in the yard, surrounded by our closest family and friends, and spent the weekend making memories we'll cherish forever. The property is absolutely incredible! Situated on the golf course, it features an amazing speakeasy occupying much of the lower level, complete with karaoke, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, poker, darts, and more. There's also an indoor sports court for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, a fully equipped fitness center, and even a private movie theater with massage chairs, where we watched Sunday football together. There was something for everyone, and despite having over 40 guests, the home never felt crowded. We had the time of our lives and are already talking about making this an annual tradition! What made the experience even more special was Derek and Danielle at VR365. They went above and beyond, arranging beautiful tables and chairs for our wedding, helping us move furniture on the big day, and even surprising us with a thoughtful wedding gift. Their hospitality and willingness to help were truly remarkable. We couldn't have imagined a better place to celebrate one of the most important weekends of our lives. The home, amenities, setting, and hospitality were outstanding.Five stars across the board! Thank you, Derek, Danielle, and VR365 for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Company Retreat

Our company had a retreat in suncadia and could not have been more pleased with the residence. There was plenty of space for the 20 of us and no limit on things to do! The basement entertainment space was the star of the show. We spent hours down there and didn’t want to leave. We will be going back!

What a spectacular property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Grand Retreat for 7 days during the first half of June for a family reunion. We knew it would be an amazing house from the description on the Vacation Rental 365 website, but seeing it in person takes your breath away. "Over the top" comes to mind for the many ultra-premium features and amenities the house has to offer. The property is well maintained and very clean. The house comes with a "butler" but to me that is the wrong term to describe Marisa, who was super helpful in numerous ways and all the while displaying superb people skills. Perhaps "estate hostess" would be a better term. She is an excellent resource for local intel; she showed us how to operate many features to the house, some of which are not intuitive, such as lighting the fire pits; she ran errands such a going to the grocery store; she sourced cedar planks for us to grill salmon; she helped with food prep; she cleaned; she picked up around the house; she helped with recycling cardboard boxes, aluminum beer cans etc. I had initial reservations about having a "butler" but Marisa was wonderful. Jobelle and Derek and the the many support staff at VR 365 were wonderful as well. In the months leading up to our stay, my many questions via emails were promptly answered. I definitely would recommend this property to a friend or relative and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Luxury Property with Excellent Hospitality

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay at this property. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed with top notch entertainment features—the pool and theater room were a highlight for our family. The home was clean and obviously well maintained. The pool bathroom was fully stocked with fresh pool towels. The swimsuit dryer was a nice touch. We stayed 1/30-2/2 and hoped for snow which is typical for the area this time of year. The snow never came, however the house had so much to offer, we hardly even noticed. The Vacation Rental 365 management team was responsive, and helpful both before and during our stay. A special thank-you to Derek for his exceptional service. We are looking forward to booking our next stay here and highly recommend this property.

This house will leave you speechless. I hosted my 40th birthday party here with my family, a party of nearly 30 people. The house is superb, the speakeasy, an endless amount of enjoyment, the theater room with massage chairs, simply brilliant, and the outdoor space, so inviting. Absolutely incredible house!!This house was stunning, so much attention to detail to make it a luxurious destination and experience. We rented this house with family and friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. All 30 of us had an incredible time celebrating and creating lifetime memories. The house was stocked with all the essentials and then some. The amenities were all high end with all the bells and whistles. There was no shortage of activities between the racketball court, pool, hot tub, fire pit, theatre room and speakeasy/game room. The property management company was great to work with, responding quickly to all our pre panning requests. They connected us to an approved vendor list, which made planning some extra experiences a breeze. We hired Orchard Catering to cater two incredible dinners, amazing food, setup and service; Cle Elum Roslyn Massage to provide in home massage services; and JRM Entertainment provided us with DJ and bartending services for our theme night, absolute blast! If I could give 10 stars on the house and all the vendors, I would! This is a perfect destination for a special celebration, or milestone birthday. Book this house, you will be blown away by how impressive it is and so will all your guests!
