This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Parking space for up to 3 cars. Suncadia prohibits street parking. Additional cars may park in the Prospector Inn parking lot. "
