Whether you`re here for golf, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing or simply unwinding with family and friends, this home delivers. The Space Designed for up to 8 guests, the open-concept main floor welcomes you with a gourmet kitchen featuring a 5-burner gas range, large refrigerator, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The dining area seats 6 at the table with bar stool seating for up to 4 more. The living room is a true gathering space — soaring vaulted ceilings, a generous Crate and Barrel sectional, a gas fireplace, Bluetooth-enabled stereo, and a 48` LED TV with all the main streaming apps. Step through the doors to the large covered deck with outdoor furniture and a high end BBQ. The home is shielded from the neighbors by a vibrant green belt and a private hot tub and fire pit await. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Main floor primary suite — Decadent Tempur-pedic King bed (new as of June 2025), ensuite with soaking tub, glass shower, dual sinks, and private deck access. The heated walk-in closet doubles as a peaceful nursery with pack-and-play and changing table included. Upstairs primary — luxurious Stearns & Foster king mattress (new June 2025) Upstairs third bedroom — comfortable queen bed (new as of 2025) Upstairs full bath — dual sinks, enclosed tub/shower combo Half bath on main floor All three mattresses were replaced in June 2025 with luxury medium-feel mattresses. Linens, duvets, pillows, and towels are provided for all guests. Always Well-Maintained We invest continuously in keeping this home in top condition: new dishwasher (July 2026), new washer/dryer (Spring 2024), all-new mattresses (June 2025), and regularly refreshed linens and towels. You`ll find a well-stocked kitchen and a detailed home binder to make your stay seamless. Charge Your EV Private 50-amp ChargePoint charger available exclusively for guests.
Parking Three spots in the driveway and one in the garage. The carport and garage are best suited for small cars, larger ones can park behind them. Location 10 min walk to the Lodge (2 restaurants, coffee shop, river trail) 10 min walk to newly opened Suncadia Social - G.H. Pizza & Pasta, Cutters Point coffee shop, Roslyn Grocery, Eldr Restaurant, Out West Trading Co & Forage Home Short walk to the Inn, The Stovehouse, and Prospector course pro shop 15–20 min walk or 5-min drive to Swiftwater Cellars and Rope Rider golf course What`s Available to All Guests Community trails (walking, running, biking, snowshoeing), tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, playgrounds, sledding and tubing areas in the winter, play fields, golf courses, on- and off-leash pet areas, restaurants, and the winery are all open to resort guests. Note: The Suncadia Swim & Fitness Center requires a member escort. We`re on-site roughly twice monthly and are happy to arrange access when timing aligns — just ask! Please treat the home as you would your own and all will be well. Taking responsibility for any damage or issues and letting me know before hand is super helpful as we can likely address them while you stay! Since our cleaning company does not work on Saturdays - We can no longer accept a Saturday check in or check out. We allow pets but sadly have had several naughty creatures who were not properly kenneled cause real damage. With that in mind we require prior approval for any rental group with pets, we have a list of requirements that need to be agreed to in to avoid issues during your stay.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Loved the property! The fireplace and couch were cozy, the hot tub was perfect with the snow. It also has close proximity to the lodge.
This is our third time at the property with this host, and the entire experience is easy and comfortable. The home is georgeous, the couches and beds super comfortable. We appreciate being able to bring our two little fur balls who also enjoy it. The hot tub is relaxing at the beginning and/or the end of the day. Can’t wait for our next stay!

My kids and I came for midwinter break. They loved the hot tub and playing in the snow. We had plenty of room to cook meals and everything we needed. We also loved that we could bring our dog, she had a great time also.
We’ve stayed at Suncadia dozens of times and this is by far the best place! The owners have made an oasis to relax, unwind, and have fun. The check-in process was so easy, as well as communication throughout the stay. Thank you for going above and beyond to create this safe, clean, and comfortable experience!
We had a blast in this perfect spot! We loved seeing the gorgeous fall leaves change, and the location of this home was perfect for getting around to all parts of the Suncadia grounds. Super agreeable and helpful host, we would definitely like to stay again!
Three days in Suncadia enjoying walking, hike nearby, Roslyn farmers market, pools … and lovely accommodations. House was lovely and very well equipped. Host provided lots of useful information before our trip and was very accommodating.

The property was clean, attractive, and centrally located in the Suncadia Resort. It was a good base for golf on the Prospector course, Swiftwater Cellars, biking and hiking, and trips to Rosyln and Cle Elum.
