the Residence LO MONACO welcomes you in the center of Moriani-Plage 200 m from the sandy beach.

The residence consists of 5 adjoining housing units on the ground floor of a villa, and an upstairs apartment (top of villa with large terrace on the sea side), with secure private parking (gate with automatic closing), laundry , drying rack and outdoor shower for beach return.

The Haut de Villa consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge + 1 living room with convertible 2personnes and TV + 3 bedrooms (bedroom1: 2 single beds / twins, bedroom2: 1 double bed, bedroom3: 1 double bed) + 2 bathrooms (bathroom1: bath, washbasin, bidet, wc, bathroom2: shower, washbasin, wc)

The ground floor apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and are all equipped with one or two double beds
(depending on the type of accommodation), and twin or bunk beds, a kitchenette (fridge-freezer, extractor hood, ceramic hob 4 burners, microwave, electric oven), a washing machine, a TV, bathroom (shower, washbasin, wc), private terrace with table, garden chairs, awning, parasol and individual barbecue.
