Apartment located on the 3rd and last floor. Very well arranged with large bays to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach COSTA NOVA and the RIA DE AVEIRO River from the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. The apartment with 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd "true" double folding bed in the living room. Ideal for 6 people.
The apartment has been redone. It is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Amazing Beach Stay

This place is a gem. Fully renovated and modernized. Walking distance to the beach and river, a short drive to Aveiro. It can easily accommodate 6 people as there are 3 rooms. There are 2 terraces: one is a rooftop overlooking the ocean. There is a car park however we did not use it as there was tons of street parking in front of the apartment. There is an elevator which is also convenient. The only minor hiccups was that there wasn’t much information at check in; I had to ask about the parking, wifi, etc. that being said, Helder and Sandra were kind and responded to messages very fast. We will definitely be back. It was a great experience and a lovely place on a gorgeous beach.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, die Wohnung an sich auch, sie ist aber unserer Meinung nach von der Ausstattung her nur fĂŒr maximal 4 Personen ausgerichtet, fĂŒr 6 Personen viel zu klein und mit diversen MĂ€ngel. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr mangelhaft, 1 kleine Kaffemaschine (fĂŒr 2 Personen), Nespressomaschine und Tosater verstaubt und verdreckt. Kaum GlĂ€ser (2 kl. GlĂ€ser, 2 LongdrinkglĂ€ser, 7 WeinglĂ€ser, 2 SektglĂ€ser, der Rest waren bunte Plastikbecher), 5 Kaffebecher. Grill nicht nutzbar, weil tortal verrostet und verdreckt. Zwecks Reinigung der Wohnung nach Anfrage beim Vermieter per SMS wegen Besen, Wischmop und Staubsauger teilte dieser mit, dass dieses sich in einer hoch gelegenen Abseite, die schwer zu öffnen war, befindet und auch diese Utensilien abgenutzt, mochte man nicht anfassen und somit auch nicht nutzbar. Auch der Vermieter selbst hat sich nicht sehen lassen, ausser zwei Nachfragen per SMS ob alles in Ordnung sei, obwohl wir ihm die MĂ€ngel bekannt gegeben haben. Besen, Grill und GlĂ€ser haben wir gekauft. Ein Bad ist in viel zu klein fĂŒr 4 Personen, nur ein Handtuchhalter etc.. Es waren 3 FernsehgerĂ€te vorhanden, jedoch gab es nur 5 portugiesicher Programme zu sehen, weder ein deutsches noch ein englisches. Bei der Abreise teilte uns der Vermieter erst nach Anfrage, wann denn SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sei, wir sind nachts um 4 Uhr abgereist, wir sollen doch die WohnungsschlĂŒssel einfach unter die Fußmatte vor der WohnungstĂŒr legen!!! Das alles hat unsere Urlaubsfreude und unsere Erholung sehr gemindert. Vielleich sollten Sie, sowie der Vermieter die Wohnung zwecks Ausstattung mal genau inspizieren und Abhilfe schaffen, bevor sie so weiter vermietet wird und die nĂ€chsten GĂ€ste das gleiche Dilemma erleben.

SĂ©jour Exceptionnel et lieu magnifique. À faire et refaire sans hĂ©sitation

Ma compagne et moi avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour exceptionnel dans cet appartement conforme aux photos et voir mieux ( le solarium Ă©tait une vraie belle surprise). L‘appartement est magnifiquement situĂ©, les commerces, les restaurants, la plage sont Ă  quelques pas, tout en restant dans un pĂ©rimĂštre calme. De plus , il est trĂšs lumineux, avec vue sur la mer ( des beaux couchers de soleils Ă  apprĂ©cier de la terrasse) ou sur la riviĂšre. Il est Ă©galement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs confortable. Un grand merci Ă  Helder pour sa gentillesse, sa gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ© et sa rĂ©activitĂ© Ă  nos petites solicitations. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©sitation pour de prochaines vacances.

Klasse Unterkunft fĂŒr bis zu 6 Personen

..,die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage zum Meer ist klasse und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht... Wir waren nur zu zweit hier und konnten uns so aussuchen, ob wir mit Meerblick oder mit Blick zum Yachthafen aufwachen wollten... Die Betten sind super bequem... FĂŒr und eine klasse Unterkunft...wir kommen gerne wieder... 👍

Traumhafte Lage in direkter StrandnÀhe

Die Wohnung liegt im dritten und damit obersten Stockwerk eines Mehrparteienhauses, und nennt zum eigentlichen Balkon mit Atlantikblick auch noch eine Kleine Dachterrasse ihr eigen. Zu MĂ€keln gibt es rein gar nichts, vom ersten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bis zum letzten Adieu lĂ€uft es absolut freundlich, nett und kompetent ab. Selbst außerhalb aller GeschĂ€ftszeiten hat er stets ein offenes Ohr und freundliche Worte. Restaurants und Einkaufen ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, der Strand sowieso. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und verfĂŒgen ĂŒber ausreichenden Sonnenschutz. Porto ist mit dem Mietwagen schnell zu erreichen und natĂŒrlich einen oder zwei Besuche wert. Wir haben uns hier 14 Tage rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt!
