Corsica South - new house T3 - Sea 300m

Beautiful contemporary house of 47 m2 south facing located 25 minutes from Ajaccio and 300m walk from the sandy beach of Liscia.

Large terrace with teak garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, view of the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen.

Near Sagone, Cargese, departure for the Scandola reserve and Calanques de Piana. Diving club and boat rentals at 2kms, paragliding, tennis and horse riding nearby.

The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet environment close to all amenities and the beach. You will enjoy a large green and sunny garden with unobstructed views of the mountains. A petanque court whose access is exclusively reserved for tenants has recently been set up on the property. Pétanque balls provided and colored balls for children.
Free private parking.
Note that a 3 bedroom house within the same property is also available for rent.

The owners live nearby and will be happy to answer your needs and advise you throughout your stay.

Un agréable séjour, maison fonctionnelle et bien située

Cette maison est conforme au descriptif, très propre et bien équipée. La propriété comprend deux logements. Il y a de l’espace autour pour « errer » un peu en admirant la montagne ou jouer aux boules. L’emplacement est parfait pour aller à la plage à pied, et pour explorer de nombreuses merveilles à moins d’une heure de route (Cargèse, Piana, Aitone, la Spelunca, Ajaccio et les Sanguinaires,...). On trouve tout le nécessaire côté petit commerce et activités à Masorchia ou Tiuccia. Catherine est très accueillante et disponible si besoin.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevolle und allumfassende Ausstattung. Catherine hat uns zusammen mit ihrem Sohn in jeder Weise unterstützt. 2 Kaffemaschinen, 3 separate klimaanlagen, toaster, grill, waschmaschine, spülmaschine, elekrische Rollos etc. und wirkliche alle denkbaren küchenutensilien. Was uns noch fehlte wären fliegengitter und ein grösseres Doppelbett

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison très agréable et très propre. La terrasse a une vue splendide sur la montagne. L’accès à la très belle plage et aux commerces se fait facilement par un chemin piéton. La propriétaire est très sympathique.
