Location, Location, Location !
This is a well maintained 3 bedroom , 2 1/2 bath home located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood of Telluride, CO. Views of the ski mountain and a 2 block walk to main street and grocery store. House includes a fenced in yard , great for children to enjoy in the summer and a hot tub. Street parking is available .
Our home is available for June, July and August. Rent is $6000 per month or for multiple months $5000. A one month security deposit is required at time of move in. There is a hot tub available , however, the renter would be required to pay monthly maintenance fee in addition to rent. The hot tub can be closed if not interested in using it while renting as well. We are only interested in a monthly rental . NO SHORT TERM.
