This custom finished luxury condo is located just steps away form lift 7 and Clark's Market. Walk to skiing and the river trail or take the galloping goose to the gondola. This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom condo, completed in late September 2018 features a gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances, carrara marble counter tops and custom cabinetry. Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with carrara tile and countertops, and custom vanities. Trade between the master and guest suites as one has a steam shower and the other a deep soaking tub. Other amenities include custom finished oak floors, a gas fireplace, radiant heat, a deck with weber grill, carrera countertops, luxury 300 plus thread count sheets and towels.....Our family has been coming to Telluride for over 15 years.....owning a home here is a dream come true. We labored over every last detail from the grout color to the appliances to the wood floors to the dishes, etc... to create the perfect getaway. The unit was large enough to accommodate our party of 6, with a very comfortable living room and kitchen area on the top floor. The unit was quiet and warm. The bathrooms were also well constructed with a powder room on the top floor that was convenient.

Trouble on arrival unfortunately but host resolved this fairly. Space was gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing! Location was perfect for us to easily access and explore the town. Really enjoyed our visit.

Hi Sara- I'm surprised at your 4 star review. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I responded to your text immediately and called my housekeeper when you told me the key wasn't there. Our housekeeper took the key by mistake and came back as soon as he could. He was all the way in Montrose when I called him. I answered your text and email right away, offered to buy you ice for your cooler since you were worried about your food, offered you a late check out on Monday and gave you $150 for the inconvenience. You were out of the home from 4-6pm - in Telluride on a beautiful day.

Great place to stay with family in Telluride

Stayed 4 days over Jul 4th holiday. Nice clean comfortable stay on the west side of town. Close to river / walking path and grocery. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfection in Telluride!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The host was available and communicative. The location was amazing. The only thing I'd say is that if you have light sleepers in your group, noise can be heard really easily, even with ear plugs, so make sure everyone is on the same page. :) Thank you!

Love this Townhouse

This townhouse is modern, comfortable and in an excellent location. Easy to walk to town by the beautiful creek or take the Galloping Goose to the gondola. Beautiful views of the mountains and a quick walk to the grocery. I would stay here over and over again!

Great condo right by Clark’s!

Beautiful, simple, clean condo just as pictures indicate. Plenty of space for the family and appliances all worked perfectly. We went to Clark’s for groceries daily, it’s right around the corner! The master shower has a steam, so nice at the end of a long day. Stay here!

Awesome ski vacation

Family vacation with adult children. Less than 2 block walk to Lift 7 or grab free town bus to ride to Gondola. Condo is beautiful. Each bedroom having its own full bath and additional half bath on the top floor is great. Views are spectacular and a wonderful space to relax after a day of skiing. Loved it.

Beautiful and convenient!

This property is absolutely stunning and very close to town. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the gondola and 2 minutes to the local grocery store which is convenient. If you are older and don’t have great knees or have kids in the crawling age- there are lots of stairs! Other than that this is completely perfect for a family or group of friends!

Fantastic Chalet

This modern mountain home was perfect for our summer family getaway with plenty of well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy and a fantastic open living room floor plan upstairs. Location is phenomenal, with downtown a short walk away and the grocery store next door. Not to mention in the winter access to the mountain can't be beat. To top it all off Naomi was a delightful host. We had to extend our stay on either side. She was immediately responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Amazing property on Galloping Goose line.

We really enjoyed staying in this luxury town home. The unit itself was simply decorated which made everything seem so light and bright. A lot of care was taken finishing out this unit. The full time residents in the complex were very nice. You are so close to the newly updated Clarks supermarket. Our dogs enjoyed their time as well. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave. We highly recommend staying in this property. You can walk to the hotspots in downtown or take the Galloping Goose bus that picks up every 10 minutes during the day.

Amazing condo in a great location

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We had 6 adults and never felt cramped. This is a great spot for the annual bros ski trip or a cozy family getaway. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no problem cooking large meals for the whole group. The beds were all very comfortable and the steam shower in the master bedroom was incredible after a long day of skiing! The garage will fit up to a mid size SUV(Toyota Highlander) or smaller. The host made it very easy to register a second vehicle to park on the street. To add to that, the host was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Getting to the mountain was a very quick 5-10 minute walk to chair 7. Walking into town was about 10-15 minutes. Overall this was the perfect place for our group. Highly recommend
