Ski-In and Ski-Out, Beautiful 3 bedroom includes loft, 3 Full bathroom condo adjacent to Lift 7 in Telluride, CO . Enjoy an uncrowded, all terrain mountain with 1700 ski-able acres! In the summer enjoy, mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, and try fly fishing! Choose anytime and you will be sure to hit one of the many music, wine, film or Hot Air Balloon festivals. Etta Place is located at the base of lift 7 in town, at the bottom of Milk Run and Telluride Trail. We have FREE high speed internet (wireless) and cable TV and BluRay DVD player, heated underground parking, and laundry room inside the condo. The master has one king bed, the second room has a queen, the loft a queen bed and a twin bed, with 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortable. Walk to town! Communal Hot Tub on level one outside with Beautiful views. MUST be able to go to 3rd floor with NO elevator. Price per night adjusted to include local taxes of 9%, that owner must disburse to City. VRBO includes 2.9% state, 3% county, and 0.25% District (San Miguel Regional Transportation Authority).

Tracey was very informative, easy to reach and very willing to assist in anything we needed. I am highly allergic to wheat and she provided me with restaurants and bakeries that could accommodate my situation. Best place in town

We stayed over Labor Day weekend for the film festival and this condo was perfect in all ways. We loved the location: the views were incredible and it was just a short walk to town or to the market or walking path. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We truly loved everything about it.

Piece of paradise

This was a great location! With the town shuttle system and gondola lift all public transportation, I never had to drive anywhere! The condo was perfect for my family of 6 and the owner gave us very detail instructions on everything! I would highly recommend this place!

We loved this condo…spacious and convenient to slopes and town. The unit was updated and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I particularly liked stargazing under the huge skylight in the loft.

Lovely stay

Great stay in well-stocked townhouse. This rental was close to lift 7 for easy ski-out each morning. The kitchen had all the gear we needed (plus Clark’s Market is nearby) so we could make a few meals in. Plenty of space for me and my husband plus our two teens to spread out. Great communication with hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I hope you enjoy the easy ski in ski out access approximately 100 ft away to chair lift 7. The communal hot tub is new as of 2026.
I hope you enjoy the skiing in the beautiful San Juan Valley and this cozy, well stocked kitchen for easy cooking. Condo excellent for familes and couples or a group of friends. The bathrooms are newly renovated and the gas fireplace ensures your warmth as well as heated tile floor in the kitchen. Enjoy the views with new windows that let in plenty of light! Blinds are remote controlled if privacy desired.
