Pleasant T2 apartment of 43m² on the 5th floor with elevator in a secure residence with intercom, it is located in the city center just opposite the train station and 400m from the main beach of Arcachon.
It consists of a living room of 18m² with a convertible sofa (sleeping in 140) and a dining area, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and an independent WC .
The living room and bedroom open onto a furnished balcony facing south with a clear view of the winter city.

Very nice apartment

Everything was okay. Nice apartment, very nice people. It is good for two persons. My daughter (16) had the sleeping room for her own and I slept on the sofa in the living room. For breakfast and dinner you can sit on the balkony.

vue magnifique !

Nous avons apprécié ce studio bien rangé, situé juste en face de la gare et offrant de belles vues sur le quartier de la Ville d'Hiver. Location idéale pour un séjour de quelques jours à Arcachon ; et très proche de tous les magasins et restaurants du centre ville. La plage est proche, avec de belles vues sur le bassin.

Il faudrait préciser sur l’annonce que le parking n’est pas facile d’accès et que les grosses voitures ne pourront pas s’y garer . Pommeau de douche à changer. Logement parfait et propreté, il ne manque rien. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Sejour arcachon

Une super semaine, accueil tres cordial de la proprietaire et de so meri au depart. Appartement idealement situe. Juste un bemol : wc etroit et mznque un mytigeur de la baignoir. Nous retournerons a la premiere occasion qui se presentera.
