House included in a family estate located in a very quiet area in the countryside and 10 minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence as well as all amenities (supermarkets, golf and tennis 300m). Access to a swimming pool shared with the owners. The interior of the house (120 m²) was completely renovated in 2017, and the exterior in 2018, new fitted kitchen, all bedding is new, 4 large bedrooms, plenty of storage, a bathroom and a shower room.
