Villa near Aix en Provence

House included in a family estate located in a very quiet area in the countryside and 10 minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence as well as all amenities (supermarkets, golf and tennis 300m). Access to a swimming pool shared with the owners. The interior of the house (120 m²) was completely renovated in 2017, and the exterior in 2018, new fitted kitchen, all bedding is new, 4 large bedrooms, plenty of storage, a bathroom and a shower room. 'water.

Great Property, Ideal Location, Lovely People!

A lovely property with quiet, secluded, grounds in a perfect location to enjoy Aix-en-Provence and the surrounding countryside. The hosts, Bernard & Miriam are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Toller und herzlicher Aufenthaltsort in der Provence

Lovely and recreational place to start seightseeing in the Provence. Our children enjoyed mostly the nice swimmingpool and tabletennis. The Sabatiers were cordial and serviceable landlords.

Erholsame Ferien in Aix...

Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, umsichtig und gleichzeitig diskret. Das Ferienhaus ist vollständig (wie beschrieben) ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben! Da wir mit Baby dort waren haben wir noch ein Beistellbett bekommen. Haus und Außenanlagen (Terrasse, Pool, Rasenfläche vor dem Haus, …) laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Ferienhaus ist aber auch gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere (La Barben, Salon-de-Provence) und weitere Umgebung (Marseille, Cassis, Valensole). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und uns gut erholen können!

Fijne vakantie 2023

We werden hartelijk onthaald door de familie, kregen fijne tips voor uitstapjes, hadden fijne babbels aan het zwembad, ... Zowel de kinderen als de volwassenen hebben genoten van de fijne tijd (ondanks de hittegolf), het gezellige kader van het verblijf en de woning was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été très bon accueillis par les propriétaires ( extrêmement gentil) . La maison est idéalement bien située. Rapidement accessible dans le centre ville d Aix tout en bénéficiant du calme de la campagne avec une piscine très agréable. La maison est très bien adaptée pour 8 personnes . Aucun point négatif, nous recommandons à 200%. Hâte de pouvoir revenir .

Tres chouettes vacances

Très beaux souvenirs de ce séjour (et de nos aperos;))! Maison très bien équipée. La piscine est vraiment un plus durant les chaudes journées et securisee si vous venez avec enfants. Hôtes très sympathiques; attentifs à ce que l'on ne manque de rien. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Traumhaftes Haus in wunderschöner Lage bei Aix-en-Provence

Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und überaus sympathisch. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, eingezäunt und mit einem Tor (Funkschlüssel) versehen. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kfz direkt am Objekt unter schattigen (!) Bäumen. Der Gemeinschaftspool (ebenfalls eingezäunt und somit geeignet für Familien mit Kleinkindern) ist sehr gepflegt und mit ausreichend Liegen versehen. Im Stadtzentrum ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Großer Supermarkt (Geant) am Stadtrand. Ein wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt für Familien mit Kindern und herzlichen Vermietern. Ein großes "Dankeschön" an die Familie Sabatier! Bis bald.

Séjour magnifique de 14 jours au sein de cette maison très bien équipée. Propriétaires accueillants , bienveillants et avenants. Nous y avons trouvé une « 2 eme famille ». Aurore et les enfants. Séjour exceptionnel.14 jours magnifiques. Un accueil extraordinaire, on aurait cru arriver dans de la famille. Une maison très propre et très bien équipée et proche de nombreuses commodités. Une situation à proximité de nombreuses choses à faire et à découvrir. Et surtout une famille « formidable ». On se réjouit d’y retourner. David, Sylvie et les enfants.

La familia Sabatier , son encantadores y muy atentos ,la casa es magnífica y la ubicación es ideal para pasar unos días en la Provenza ya que está en un punto inmejorable para desplazamientos y excursiones y después poder relajarse en la casa de los Sabatier un gustazo ya que está en un lugar muy tranquilo y a 5 minutos de cualquier servicio ( restaurante, supermercados etc..)
