About this property

A beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home in a cul de sac in the heart of the Ahwatukee Foothills! This home includes a heated pool and an indoor wet bar. Neighborhood has a large park and a lake! Close to South Mountain. Minutes from a grocery store and Trader Joe's. Less than 10 minutes from Casino's. 20 Minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. 10 minutes to Lifetime Fitness. Less than 10 minutes to Ray road shopping and dining. We have a Ring doorbell on the front door and that is the only video onsite.

Trash day is Thursday's. There is a company that comes out and handles the bins. If you do notice them still out on a Friday then please put them in.

Late check-out fee is $75. Any cleaning required above standard cleaning tasks will be charged additional $150.

Smoking of any kind in the home will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $200. Tampering with or disabling the back door alarm is also a fee of $200.

Perfect Getaway Home

This house was Super clean, charming , comfortable and the couldn’t beat the location within 20 mins of almost anything. Hosts were very responsive and super easy to work with! Would definitely recommend and or stay here again.

Lovely house!!!

This house was perfect for our spring getaway. Easy check-in process. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, within blocks from grocery stores and dining. Also a short driving distance from several hiking trails. The pool was the perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Lakewood

Fantastic area and pool was awesome. Only negative was propane tank for the barbeque was empty which I paid to have filled.

Loved the space and fully stocked kitchen

Very easy space to live in and great location. The hosts were very attentive and proactive. I cook a lot so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The pool was also a nice plus.
