34 m² duplex at the foot of the slopes, on the snow front, 6th and last floor (elevator) of the "Florins 2" residence. Departure / Arrival on skis, ski locker, a few steps from shops and restaurants. Breathtaking view of the valley.
The beds are on the mezzanine, which allows you to fully enjoy the living room. 1 large TV in the lower room (Netflix access), 1 other in the upper room. Broadband Internet via a Livebox. Summer only: Private swimming pool and tennis court at the residence

Quiet residence with heated swimming pool and private tennis courts (summer only).
Our apartment is ideally located in the "family" and quiet part of the resort (away from the part containing tourist residences where there is a lot of noise during the high season).
You will be a short walk from shops / restaurants / slopes.
Important detail in winter, the apartments do not open directly to the outside but to the landing (inside) of the residence.

Miscellaneous :
- Sheets not provided (possibility of rental on Risoul),
- Pets not allowed
- The accommodation must be left clean
- Deposit: € 800. The deposit check is to be given when handing over the keys. This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you no later than 1 week after the inventory of fixtures subject to the non-degradation of the apartment.

A cleaning deposit check of 70 € will be given when the keys are handed over and will be returned to you during the exit inventory, subject to leaving the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as at the entrance. Possibility to have housekeeping done by a company if you wish. The person in charge of delivering the keys and the inventory will give you all the necessary information.

Guardian on site
A person on site will welcome you, prepare the apartment, give you the keys and make with you the inventory of entry and exit.
Possibility to rent sheets on the station and take an additional cleaning service.

Other remarks

Weekly rental during school vacation periods (Christmas and February). For other periods, possibility of shorter rental. Contact me with any questions.
I just bought this apartment, that's why there are no comments (yet).
Possibility to leave a cot and a stroller on site. Contact me in advance.

To know
The accommodation includes steps or stairs to access the mezzanine. These stairs are not secure for very young children (there is no barrier). Children under the responsibility of parents.
