Très bel appartement. Très propre. Très bien décoré dans une résidence calme et privée proche des plages. Très bien équipé avec plancha , lave vaisselle , lave linge , 2 fours... Très bonne literie . Le logement était impeccable avec tous les équipements nécessaires et tel que décrit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié tous les accessoires de cuisine. L'environnement est calme et la piscine est très agréable. L'endroit est sécuritaire. Il y a des restaurants à proximité. Location située dans une très jolie résidence, l'ensemble ( jardin et piscine) est très bien entretenu. La location est très propre, bonne literie, cuisine super équipée. En plus la décoration de cet appartement est très bien. Idéale pour un couplé avec 2 enfants( 1 salle de bain avec wc). Contact très facile avec le propriétaire qui est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Et "cerise sur le gâteau ", le petit déjeuner prévu est bien agréable, idem pour le cocktail maison et les fruits. A recommander.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 adultes pendant 3 semaines dans cette propriété située au pied de Saint-François. L’appartement est totalement équipé, spacieux, avec du matériel haut de gamme et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie est de qualité et les 2 chambres sont climatisées. L'accueil de Michel et son épouse est également à souligner, chaleureux, à l'écoute et disponibles en cas de besoin. A noter que la piscine, bien que commune, est accessible à toute heure et très peu fréquentée, elle est également très propre et bien entretenue. Rien à redire, tout était parfait, à recommander sans aucune hésitation!

Que dire d'autre de notre séjour chez Michel. Tout s'est formidablement bien passé. Des premiers échanges d’e-mails jusqu'au départ du logement. Ce dernier, peine de charme, est très spacieux, propre, très bien équipé et situé sur une commune centrale en Grande Terre. La résidence est très bien tenue et la piscine à deux pas. Great Location for a Grande Terre stay and Wonderful Hosts!

Michel and Marie have a created a beautiful, modern, comfortable and secure apartment for a vacation in Guadelopue. The apartment has everything that you could need including the coffee/espresso machine and washer. The complex is gated with it's own (well maintained) pool. There are three restaurants literally just outside of the gate. The apartment is minutes from the beach (walking distance), a quaint bakery and market. Pointe des Chateaux, St Anne, Plage de Caravelle and Club Med are all within 20 minutes drive. Great location for exploring the east half of the island. The only thing to be aware of is the rolling water shut offs which all of the major towns on Grande Terre seem to be subject to. Michel gave us a schedule and it was not a problem as long as you planned for it (they have some water in reserve). If we travel back to Guadeloupe I would love to stay here again!
