Perfect Stay

We were in Cannes in this very beautiful apartment for our business trip. It was just perfect! The flat was very clean, spacious, had a great view and it was very close to the palais and city center. Cyrille was very nice abd helpful. We would definitely come again!

Stayed for the MIPIM conference in March. The flat was convenient to the Palais des Festivals and close to restaurants. It was clean, updated and easy to check in to. The reservation was easy to make and the communication before the stay was swift. I recommended they supply soap in the future and they promised to take it into consideration. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This is a great place in a super quiet neighborhood. A short walk down to old town Cannes and a short walk up to a neighborhood with shops and a couple of restaurants. The apartment itself is huge, super clean, and authentic.

Cannes Lions Crash Pad

The property was as described and the property managers were very responsive. With the windows open you got a nice breeze, but at night with everything closed it could be a bit warm. About a 15 min walk to the Croisette—downhill on the way there so uphill home.

Calme, Joli et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 semaines dans cet appartement situé sur les hauteurs du centre-ville de Cannes. La location est au 1er étage d’une très jolie maison bourgeoise divisée en trois logements disposant chacun d’une entrée séparée. La division des 3 logements est très bien conçue, chacun est complètement indépendant. Le voisinage est calme et le quartier résidentiel très agréable. Cette location est idéalement située entre le centre-ville et la gare SNCF (10 minutes à pied). Nous étions sans véhicule et avons apprécié cette proximité notamment pour l’accès rapide au marché. Les plages familiales sont, quant à elles, un peu plus loin, il faut compter 15 minutes à pied pour les rejoindre, mais nous l’avons fait sans aucun problème tout au long de notre séjour. Pour les courses, monoprix ou super U livrent sans problème. Petit bémol tout de même, Cannes est une ville en hauteur, il faut donc grimper et ne pas avoir peur de marcher mais c’est bon pour la santé… Par ailleurs, l’appartement est très bien agencé, joliment décoré avec de belles hauteurs sous plafond qui vous font complètement oubliés que vous êtes justement dans un appartement. La petite terrasse avec son salon de jardin et sa vue sur le port de Cannes est un lieu propice à la « zénitude » et s’avère être un cadre idéal pour le petit déjeuner ou l’apéro. Après une expérience malheureuse il y a quelques années en location d’une maison partagée, nous avons été très agréablement surpris et n’avons absolument pas regretté notre choix. Si vous cherchez un agréable logement pour découvrir la ville du cinéma et sa croisette, n’hésitez pas à louer cet appartement. La personne en charge de l'accueil est charmante et toujours disponible.

Exceeded our expectations!

The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for four (4) adults. Its better in person than in the photos and much bigger in person. Large bathroom, ample closet space, and great outdoor patio as well. Perfect location. The owner and manager were both so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this spot! So charming on a quiet street!
