Fully equipped studio in a residence by the sea

The studio that we put at your disposal for your stay in Guadeloupe is located on the seafront about 3 km from Saint-François at the Domaine de l'Anse des Rochers (former hotel Anchorage). It is located on the 1st floor of a magnificent Creole architecture villa whose entrance is protected by digicode and intercom.
Our studio of 26 m2 air-conditioned, entirely renovated and equipped to nine in 2012 + terrace of 13 m2 north, well ventilated is composed:
- an entrance with large closet and storage space;
- a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils in sufficient number;
- a bedroom area with 2 beds 80X200 of good quality that can be assembled for a bed of 160X200;
- a desk, flat screen TV;
- Wi-Fi network in the apartment and an orange decoder
- a bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, furniture with drawers under the sink, toilet, washing machine.
Our studio can accommodate 2 people. Linen and towels are provided. The fully secured residence with caretaker, is located in a tropical park of 7 ha with infinity pool of 1000 m2, private beach 100 meters, tennis court, mini golf course. Parking for a car inside the residence.
On your arrival, a deposit check of 500 € will be asked in case of degradation of the accommodation.
