The charming farmhouse details include beautifully refinished hardwood floors and vintage furniture pieces. These details make the space warm and easy to enjoy. Downtown farmhouse has a large, updated galley style kitchen. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, the kitchen space offers a quiet breakfast nook, the perfect place to fuel up for a day of exploration.

This home features one bedroom and one bath on the main level and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Bedroom 1 on the main level includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The main level bath can be accessed through the bedroom or through the kitchen. This large bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Heading up the beautiful solid wood stairs you will find the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a very comfortable king bed with an office nook. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds in an adorable and cheery room, perfect for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Cody Downtown Farmhouse

This place was just darling!!!! We loved how they renovated this old home-simply beautiful. The yard was great for our dogs and the deer loved the front yard! Location was fabulous and the beds were so comfortable. Had everything we needed and more! Thank you for putting so much love into this sweet home and for sharing.
