Studio located on the 6th floor with balcony. Surface area of 28 m². View of the slopes and the Valentin platform. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a television, a 140 cm fold-down double bed, and a dining area. The kitchenette is also equipped with a three-burner induction hob, a microwave, a TOP fridge, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. At the entrance, there is a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a single bunk bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, and a mirror. The toilet is separate.

Access to the central terrace of the Valentin Esplanade will be prohibited (covered parking work). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.

Pet fee: 40 Euros
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person 18 years and older.
Optional extras at preferential rates: bed linen and towel rental, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).
