Come and take advantage of this beautiful family home to brighten up your holidays, whether sporting, cultural or exploring new landscapes. Only 5 minutes by car from Avignon TGV station, near St Rémy de Provence, Arles, L'Abbaye de St Michel de Frigolet, 1 hour from the sea, and at the foot of the Montagnette, this house is ideally located to discover all the pleasures of the region, between Provence and Camargue.
On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen with pantry / utility room and a dining room serving the double living room. A first night part, isolated from the rest of the house with 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets.
On the first floor, the master suite with a nice balcony, view on the swimming pool and the mountain, a large bathroom, independent toilets and an attic room which can accommodate 2 children.
In front of the kitchen a beautiful terrace and its stone barbecue will allow you to make good grills before going to enjoy the swimming pool secured by a shutter.
The garden with old trees will bring you the perfect combination of light and natural shade, and it will light up in the evening so that you can fully enjoy the end of the day.
