Wonderful place to stay in a most beautiful spot!

We used this as a hiking base and had a wonderful stay. The hot tub and kitchen made it a most relaxing way to be active all day and enjoy the evenings.

Excellent location and nice house

Used for 6 friends on a ski trip and house had plenty of room for everyone without concern. Hot tub especially nice after days of powder skiing at Baldy. Would book again without hesitation.

Wonderful house!

House was wonderful for our family with plenty of space and nice location! Hot tub was a hit with the adults and big garage was a great play area for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living area on main floor was perfect for our large family. Thanks for the wonderful time in Sun Valley!

Perfect in every way!

Perfect location…short drive to Ketchum for shopping and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful views. House was older but spotless and well maintained. The hot tub and fireplace were a big hit with the entire family! Ann was wonderful. Would stay again!

wonderful extended family stay. something for everyone.

Great location right on the golf course and across the street from the bike path. Took my grown children and their spouses. Nice bedrooms with bathrooms for all. Loved sitting on the deck in the cool evening listening to music supplied by Alexis. This may become a family tradition. Grandchildren loved the pool which is located within a half mile of the property. Home is well equipped with two bikes, badmitton, hot tub, TV in every room. Really enjoyed out time.

Simply the best

This was our second visit to this wonderful home and we will be back. The house is warm and welcoming - truly a place to call home while visiting Sun Valley. The owners are quick and easy to communicate with and make visiting easy. While the space is perfect for our family we also really appreciated the details and small things that made everything so natural for us. There are bikes and a bbq, basic kitchen supplies and even spices and oils. We wanted to picnic and easily found the blankets to use, needed chairs for an outdoor concert - they have those available too! What a joy to vacation here!

Eight on a Ten Point Scale

With the exception of the kitchen appliances (somewhat dated, missing second oven and inoperable dishwasher) and somewhat deceptive photos, the property was clean with good quality linens and towels and accoutrements. Communications with and responsiveness of the owner were excellent.

Incredible setting!

The house was perfect for our family for a combined ski and fishing trip. The kitchen had all needed to cook all meals at home. The living room, plenty of couch space for everyone to watch movies and catch up on March Madness, and the room layout allowed for everyone to have a space to 'get away' if needed. The hot tub was AMAZING! A perfect way to end a day of skiing (and fishing in rather cold temps) and the views, perfect. The use of the garage was great - a place to wax/sharpen skis, as well as the extra frig. The location was perfect, a very short distance to the slopes or into Ketchum/Hailey. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Location

This was perfect for our family getaway. Location was excellent, not right in town but close enough to everything. Beautiful area, interesting layout of home, unique. Very comfortable furniture, with exception of Master Bedroom. The Bed was very worn down, has dips that make you feel like you're sleeping in a hole . The hot tub was our lifesaver in the mornings when our backs hurt from the master bed. All of the other beds were comfortable for our family members however. We had a very good time overall and totally enjoyed our time there.

Family ski and snowboarding

We had a great time with our family (10 people) skiing and snowboarding. The accommodations sure fit our needs and our hosts were great providing timely information. The hot tub was great as most everyone hot-tubbed after a good day on the slopes - just what we needed. We cooked several meals in for our group of 10 and the kitchen was well supplied. Many thanks to Ann for hosting and the communication! The house was just what we needed and everyone was happy with the spacious rooms. The dinner table was big enough for dinner and playing games at night too! Parking outside and garage was nice as we had four vehicles that fit easily. Great views too!

Easy Weekend Retreat

We had 8 women together for a weekend retreat for a non-profit and the space was perfect. I live in the area, but needed a large space to host. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that was stocked with dishes, cooking tools, and some basics like salt, pepper, and hot sauce. The hot tub was perfect in the snow. The living area seated us all comfortably for our all-day meeting and we ate our meals at the large table. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. We were also just a few minutes from Ketchum for a Saturday night on the town. I would highly recommend this house for large groups.

All Season Resort Style Home

Believe a book by its cover concerning the photos presented for this rental. The property served as the perfect accommodations for myself and my family during the Sun Valley Film Festival and I could foresee renting out the space again during any season. This home has it all from the hotub, golf course, 5 minute drive to either the Sun Valley Lodge or Main Street. The design and layout of the house is very unique and if needed, it could really house a lot more people. Beds for 14 and couch space and pullouts for an additional 4, not to mention the amount of space for air mattresses. The owners were very accommodating and provided use of the two car garages with garage openers, as well as access to their bustling DVD collection and Sirius Satellite Radio that can even be heard on the outdoor patio speakers near the hottub. The site is also situated on one of the holes of the golf course that has wild animals feeding from the nearby mountains as well as paved trails for the runners or biking fans out there. Everything about this place was just perfect and I could not say enough about how wonderful the experience was. It was truly a home away from home.

We had a great week in Sun Valley at this house. Location on the golf course with a beautiful back deck view allowed us to visit and spend time outdoors. The bike path was great for running, walking or biking. A few of the young adults enjoyed the pool/hot tub at the community area. We spent a great day at Redfish Lake and also enjoyed many hikes in the area. The town of Ketchum was a short 10 min drive with many great choices for restaurants.

Sun Valley 2025

The home was perfect. We had a large group of family. Everyone had the best time while inside or out in the yard. The front yard was huge and the backyard was a golf course it could not have been nicer. And the house has AC, which we needed because it was warm outside. We hope to return every year and we also hope to be able to rent this house each year!

Great Sun Valley stay

Enjoy our stay here in mid-June. We actually had snow one day of our stay and enjoyed cool late-spring/early summer temperatures throughout the week. Home is spacious and clean. Enjoyed the open space backyard on the Elkhorn golf course (hole 15 fairway) and scenic backdrop. Hosts are accommodating and good communicators and addressed any questions we had.

Great place

Amazing, spacious property with a hot tub and minutes from Dollar and downtown Ketchum. Kitchen had everything. Snow shoes in the garage were a huge hit with the family. Beds were comfortable. Will come back in the summer!
