Also, with over 800 square feet of outdoor decks/patios enjoy the great mountain vistas in all directions.

For the skiers the free River Run red line bus service can be hailed for a ride or dropped off right out front. Or for those who want to drive to the River Run lodge/free parking, we are a quick 5-7 minute drive. At home, you can load/unload your skis to the ski racks in the garage to store your skis when done for the day. Step inside the mudroom between the garage and family room to remove your ski gear and store your ski equipment for the next day. Don’t forget to put your boots( up to 6 pairs) on the boot/gear dryer for warm and dry boots for the next day. For those who don’t ski or need a break, there are also 6 pairs for snowshoes with some great snow shoeing exercise and scenery right out back on the golf course.

Step inside, enjoy the new kitchen, complete with island stovetop microwave, wall oven, refrigerator and countertop appliances (air fryer, toaster, espresso, keurig, coffee maker) whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or breakfast bar and savor your creations, or step out onto the deck for outdoor dining to enjoy the wildlife & fresh mountain air. For your outdoor cooking pleasure, two grills are provided: a Blackstone flattop griddle and a Weber Spirit grills.

When it's time to unwind, sink into the ample family-room and catch a movie on the Roku TV, or challenge your friends to a game of codenames or Jenga. Afterwards, retreat to the outdoor hot tub to soothe your muscles after a day on the slopes or trails.
