In a renovated stone farmhouse in Agnez-lès-Duisans, 10 km from the city center of Arras, Hélène and Jonathan welcome you to La Renardière, a three-bedroom holiday home with garden.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV, internet connection.
The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and a washing machine.
A baby kit is available on request.

Only stayed two nights, but was out of the way and quiet (despite the rooster lol). We used it as a base to visit the WWI battlefields and it was perfect for this.

Lovely location, welcoming property with potential

The Gite served as a base for our exploration of the Arras region. The village is lovely with a lot of history - please try the fare at the local bakery. The Gite itself is small with 3 bedrooms but with potential to sleep 6. Having this number stay would perhaps be problematic with regard to the sitting room which, although comfortable, is small (but more than adequate for our stay). We have given feedback to the owner that there would be benefit in providing a list of local services - shops, restaurants and other local services such as hospitals etc in addition to perhaps thinking about providing details of the history of the village, of which there seems a great deal and which is always of interest to visitors. Visitors would also benefit from having a supply of leaflets from local attractions. The owner is aware and has said that this will be done. Just one thing about the Gite to be aware of - the stairs are a little tight for those visitors of a larger disposition. Lastly, the Homeaway website for the Gite is confusing with regard to the sauna and pool of which we saw nothing. In summary, this is a lovely small comfortable Gite in a lovely village and area and is a great base for the region - one with even more potential with a little more care.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables dans ce gîte très fonctionnel. Les activités a faire aux alentours sont nombreuses. Seul bémol : la qualité des matelas (nous avons des habitudes de grand confort) . Les hôtes sont a l'écoute et très réactifs.

Le gîte est très agréable, très bien équipé. Tout y est pour passer un bon moment .Nous avons passé un super weekend.Juste mettre un petit panneau au niveau de la route car de nuit quand on ne connait pas ce n' est pas évident de voir le chemin.

Quinze jours avant notre arrivée, il a pris contact avec nous pour préparer sereinement notre séjour et affiner les modalités d’accueil.Pendant le séjour, il s’est assuré du bon déroulement et a fait preuve d’une réactivité exemplaire : un plat à four manquait ? Moins d’une heure plus tard, il était remplacé !Les prestations sont parfaitement conformes à l’annonce, et le lieu offre tout ce qu’on peut attendre d’un séjour authentique et dépaysant.Nous recherchions un moment de déconnexion et de changement d’air : nous avons été comblés !Encore merci pour ce fabuleux séjour.Si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer dans un cadre paisible et chaleureux, je vous recommande vivement ce gîte.

Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte plein de cachet. Nous l avons trouvé très bien équipé (électroménager, vaisselles et ustensiles,...des petites attentions..) le gîte est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons partagé de bons moments avec les jeux mis à notre disposition, livres pour tous les goûts. Et la piscine également, parfaites pour les enfants. Devant la maison,une jolie petite terrasse, de grands arbres (peupliers me semble t il) qui apportent un côté paisible .

Nice, modern appartment

We booked this property quite spontaniously, to split our return journey from our vacation in France. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. The property is relatively small, but the space is cleverly used. A renovated farm barn, with nice authentic details, very modern and stylishly furbished. The bedrooms offer enough beds for 6 persons, kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equiped. Overall: we had A nice stay and would certainly come back!

CALME ET CHARME

Belle rénovation avec beaucoup de goût en décoration. Charme et calme à proximité d'Arras. Par contre rideaux de velux lamentables et un lit double dans une toute petite chambre avec matelas et sommier à changer. Mal dormi + douleurs dorsales. 😕
