We are ready to welcome you to our Ocean Front One Bedroom Condo located at the beautiful Palms Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our one bedroom condo can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our front desk.

Our Oceanfront One Bedroom Condo features all the comforts of home including:
• 2 Queen Beds
• Full bathroom
• Living Room (equipped with murphy bed)
• Private oceanfront balcony
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave
• Basic cookware and dinnerware

Our rental is available for Saturday – Saturday stays during the peak season and three-night stays during the remainder of the year. Décor can vary from unit to unit.

Room was okay

The room needs to updated bad. The dress smelled like mold. The ceil look like it had a leak at some point that was fixed. The only thing about this room that was okay was it did have a view of the ocean. Other then that it was very poor condition.

The unit, 506, was filthy!

When entering unit 506, the room smelled terrible. One of the beds had vomit down the side of the mattress and box springs, pills were found on the floor in kitchen and bathroom, broken glass was found under the bathroom sink, the TV's were sticky as well as the sliding glass door with handprints (you could tell the glass had not been cleaned for a while), baggies were found in the floor between the refrigerator and cabinet, the sink had not been cleaned in the kitchen (food was everywhere), coffee pot was uncleaned, silverware had not been washed, coffee was never cleaned from the counter top and silverware drawers. I had to wait 1/2 of a day to get housekeeping to the room. The worse part, due to the Palms policy, I had to stay in this unit because I went through VRBO, if we get sick from this filth, I will be sure both VRBO and The Palms are notified by an attorney!!

In need of some TLC

As soon as we walked in the door the kids noticed the ceiling had been poorly patched in several places. I caught my foot on a nail sticking up on a transition strip. Glass was left swept into one of the kitchen corners. Springy beds and fuzzy TVs. There was a strong skunk smell most of our trip that I believe was coming from the neighboring condo. There was an announcement midday that someone was throwing knives from their balcony. To end on a positive note: the AC worked, and the layout was good for our family.
