On the ground floor: dining room of 40 m2 with American kitchen, large living room of 40 m2 with office / music corner, a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (large Italian shower) and a toilet with separate washbasin, a laundry room, a second bathroom (large Italian shower) and a second separate toilet with sink.
Upstairs: 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and double washbasin, 2 separate toilets with washbasin.
