Great location we used the regional train and Uber to travel to different cities.

Property was clean and convenient we visited the islands in Olhão and many surrounding cities. We slept well at night, it was very quiet.

Fantastic House and location

We had the most restful tume here in this beautiful well equid house, just wished we had stayed10 days rather than 7! Margarete and her husband were most accommodating, attentive. I would recommend this property!!

Winter break

Really enjoy visiting Olhao and the local area at this time of year. The apartment was in a great location and we enjoyed being able to cook produce from the market. The outside space is very nice.

This property was as listed. Neighborhood walking distance to everything. Loved the 2 terraces - especially the rooftop! Joie Pedro and Marguerite took care of any issues in a timely way. We had everything we needed. Note - this was incredibly hard to find! Get good directions.

Lovely house but beware the stairs!

Charming house, immaculate, in a great location. We had booked for ten days. Unfortunately we immediately realised that the steep, narrow and winding stairs was a serious problem. We are two older gentlemen and although reasonably active and mobile we found the stairs a real challenge that would have taken the shine off the holiday. We therefore cut our losses and moved the next day to a splendid and spacious apartment in the Marina Village, a first for us as we had always rented houses in the old town. Gave us a new insight into a wonderful town we know well!

Superbe appartement en centre ville d'Olhao.

Appartement tres bien situé dans le centre d'Olhao à 3mn à pied de tous les services. Appartement décoré avec goût et très bien équipé, literie confortable et 2terrasses très agréables. Communication très facile avec Margarete. Une difficulté trouver une place de stationnement mais avec de la persévérance on y arrive. Nous recommandons fortement.

La maison de Margarete est parfaite. Propreté, situation geographique dans la ville, communication avec Margarete. La terrasse en deux niveaux vraiment un plus.Tout etait très bien.C'etait le deuxième été que nous reservions cette maison et nous y reviendrons, cela est une certidude.

Un peu déçu

Sejour de 4 nuits dans la jolie ville d'Olhao, le gite est correctementéquipé, propre, bonne climatisation, bonne literie, mais avec quelques nuances car il commence a avoir besoin d'une petite remise à neuf. Il est très central du coup le stationnement est vraiment compliqué. Il y a un gros vis à vis du salon avec les autres terrasses, que des rideaux ou un store pourraient attenuer. Un livret d'accueil serait utile. Une taxe de séjour de 2 euros par personne et par jour est à payer en supplément, nous n'en étions pas informés avant.

ein erholsamer Monat im gepflegten Haus

ein angenehmes, sehr gepflegten und landestypischen Haus lag in einer verwinkelten Gasse. Die Umgebung des Hauses war ruhig, obwohl es im Zentrum von Olhao lag. Man kann alles Nötige zu Fuß erreichen und die schöne Promenade befindet sich in einer Entfernung der wenigen Fußminuten. Es war eine Freude, von unseren Unternehmungen nach Hause zurückzukommen, da das Haus uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Margarete. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und in einer meist ruhigen Straße. Toll war der Check-Inn per Schlüsselbox, so dass wir auch nach Mitternacht ohne Komplikationen anreisen konnten. Margarete war zudem sehr kommunikativ und hat uns bei allen anfallenden Fragen geduldig geantwortet. Für unseren Leihwagen haben wir immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden können. Da wir auch Regentage dabei hatten, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn es auf der oberen Dachterrasse einen regensicheren Platz für die Sofa- und anderen Kissen geben würde, damit sie nicht jedes Mal nass werden. Auch ist einiges an Interieur in die Jahre gekommen, was unbedingt mal erneuert oder ersetzt werden sollte. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Maison typique d Olhão

Super petite maison avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un agreable sejour. La maison est idéalement placée dans le centre d Olhão. Deux super terrasses, une pour les repas et une autre pour finir les soirees. Je recommande le logement de Margarete sans aucune hesitation. Margarete repond aux messages tres rapidement. Olhão est vraiment notre coup de coeur en Algarve .

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes, modern eingerichtetes und sehr geräumiges Haus im Herzen der Altstadt von Olhão. Auf zwei (Dach-)Terrassen hat man nicht nur eine erfrischende Außendusche, sondern auch einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Vom Haus ist fußläufig alles erreichbar. Wir haben von Margarete und Joao viele gute Tipps für Aktivitäten bekommen. Bei Problemen haben sie sich sofort gekümmert. Die tollen und selbst im Juli nicht sehr überfüllten Strände sind mit einer Fähre gut zu erreichen. Olhão ist ein recht ursprünglicher Fischerort und noch nicht besonders überlaufen. Wir können die Stadt, vor allem aber die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Dans l’ensemble tout était correct nous avons surtout apprécié la climatisation et la bonne literie Sont les points forts de ce logement ainsi que la proximité de tous les commerces boulangerie Les Halles l’embarcadère pour les îles. Les points négatifs qu’il n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce la rudesse des escaliers pour le premier étage et la difficulté pour le stationnement si cela reste un point fort d’être dans le centre je conseille donc aux vacanciers d’aller se garer à côté de l’école à moins de dix minutes

Formidable sejour

Un séjour exquis.. en partie grâce à la jolie maison de Margarete et de Jao Pedro. Très bien située, très confortable et jouissant d'une terrasse protégée, dans une rue calme à deux pas de tout. Nous connaissons très bien Olhao.. et nous pouvons dire que la maison de nos hôtes est particulièrement bien agencée. Merci beaucoup Margarete et Jao Pedro!!
