This Home is a beautiful farmhouse right on the westside of the village of Skaneateles about a mile from down town (Sherwood, Bluewater Grill, The pub, and all the shops and stores).


3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a convertible back room with a sleeper sofa with a beautiful back deck overlooking beautiful country fields

-Home has a large Kitchen and dining room with seating and place settings for 10

HOME HAS AC

-Bedroom arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Master with a king
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: 2 Twins that also become a king
Bedroom 4: convertible room on the main floor next to a bathroom with a new full shower that has a sleeper sofa with a comfy mattress (also has a backdoor to enter or exit the house off this room)

The main floor seating room also has a new pullout couch right off the living room across from the half bath (this whole section has private doors from the living and dining room as well as a backdoor to exit/enter the house)

Back deck is large and includes outdoor seating, a grill and hot tub with seating for 8.
Large rolling country Feild’s surround 3 sides. Perfect property for someone looking for a quiet country escape but to be seconds from downtown and restaurants and nightlife.

Skaneateles Getaway

Great property and location. Amenities were good for our family gathering of 6 and we were all comfortable. Close to town and easy to get to other parts of the Finger Lakes. Communication with owner was easy. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to groups.

Excellent location and home near Lake Skaneateles! Our family enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed and nicely maintained home near the edge of the village. The owner was very nice to come over and let us in when we locked ourselves out (sorry!). Again, great place!!

Great place for a girld trip

Property as described and host answered my questions prior to the stay and when we first got there. I particularly enjoyed the pillows they had on the king sized bed. The dining room table was a good size for snacking, celebrating and playing games.

The house was a great location for our 4 th of July wedding weekend. Close to town and The Sinclair where the wedding was. The house was clean and the hosts were great ! Plenty of parking for our large group and the mini golf next door was a great for extra entertainment ! I would definitely start there again if I headed back up to Skaneateles!!

Quiet and comfy

Cute kitchen, nice upstairs bathroom. Very soft mattresses. Pretty views of fields, and a free ice cream cone next door at the mini golf! Close to town; we walked for breakfast and enjoyed the lake views. Only complaint was the trash was overflowing. We could not put a toothpick in those trash bins.

Attentive hosts, cute farm house, met most of our needs

Mike was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Location wasn’t ideal but as close to the village as your can get with the ordinance. Walk is doable but wouldn’t do it at night. House was clean and cute. A bit older with a few issues but nothing major. Hot tub was great to have in the warm evening. Overall wonderful weekend. Thank you!!

Wedding weekend

The location of this rental was perfect for our son's wedding at Mirbeau Inn & Spa. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter were all happy staying here. It is nicely updated and furnished. So convenient to walk next door for mini golf and ice cream. The hot tub was a great treat too. But most impressive was Mike's responsiveness when I contacted him with an issue with the TV. He came over quickly and fixed the problem. It is reassuring to know the owner cares.

Good house but very nasty couch

Had a stay in late September early October. Before booking the property I made sure to read through reviews and everything looked great. The property was good in general, BUT the house smelled like someone just smoked in it, had to open all windows to try to air it out. One of the couches in the living room belongs on a curb, or maybe it was brought back from the curb?!!! The fake leather couch has huge peeled spot on it, looks very sad and nasty, not sure who can sit on it! I have pictures and honestly not sure how this piece of furniture can be offered to renters…….I was extremely disappointed, but didn’t have time to deal with this due to family events.

We came from GA to visit family in Marcellus. 4 generations together for the first time in a while. Our kids (5 and 3) enjoyed their bedroom, games, the snow, and different sights.
