Located in the heart of an 800 m² enclosed garden with direct access to the sea without going by road, the house is ideal for family holidays. The view is breathtaking of the sea and the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles.
The port (10 minutes on foot) allows you to take advantage of all its conveniences: bakeries, mini-market, tobacconist, wine merchant, restaurants, ice cream bars and discotheque, Sunday morning market, nautical center ...).
The municipal bus (stop 50 meters away) loosens:
- the peninsula: magnificent walks on the coastal path, access to the Fondue Tower for departures to Porquerolles, visit of the salt marshes, Capte market (30/40 minutes on foot by the beach), Giens market ...
- the station and the town center: the old town is charming with in particular the Villa Noailles and the ruins of the castle.

The house offers you on the ground floor three bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 single beds), a large living room and a terrace.

The integrated kitchen and the bathroom have been refurbished. Separate WC.

Facilities: induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer, gas plancha, internet.

The garage allows you to store your bikes (rental nearby) and cars can be parked in the garden.

Capacity 6-8 people (sofa bed in the living room). 63 m² + garage.

The environment consists mainly of owner's houses, thank you in advance for respecting the tranquility of everyone. Sheets and towels not provided.
