House on two levels in a small quiet residence 700 m from the beach and shops.
The house accommodates 5 people in two bedrooms, it is surrounded on two sides by a garden and a terrace.
On the ground floor you will find the main room (sofa, dining table and television) with the fitted kitchen (hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Upstairs two bedrooms (2 140 cm beds and a 90 bunk bed), bathroom and wc. All windows have shutters and mosquito nets.
Outside a shaded terrace with the outdoor sofa and a large table will welcome you for an aperitif and meals.

Nous y avons séjourné la première quinzaine de juillet et sommes ravis de cette expérience Un accueil formidable de la part de la propriétaire qui est très arrangeante quant à l’heure d’arrivée. La location se situe dans une résidence calme et proche du centre et de la plage . Concernant l’équipement, il ne manque rien et la terrasse est magnifique !

nous louons a valras depuis 4 ans dans le meme lotissement et c est la première fois que nous avons une maison aussi belle et agréable il y a tout dans la cuisine aménagée comme chez nous extérieur super tres belle terrasse je recommande cette maison endroit calme.

Vacances aux calme

Jolie maisonnette bien équipée dans résidence très calme tout en étant proche du centre ville et de la plage. Extérieur soigné et bon contact avec les propriétaires . Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants.
