Villa with private pool for 6 people

The duplex villa located 300 meters from Pointe aux Piments beach, is in a small development with 24-hour security.

It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and can accommodate 6 people.

On the ground floor, the air-conditioned living room opens onto the terrace and a private swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, the master suite with an en-suite shower room and a balcony.

An unlimited high speed wifi connection (fiber optic) and TV with 50 channels, Youtube, VOD, are available to residents in the living room and in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a water purifier (BIBO fountain) which provides an unlimited supply of filtered water, which can be served fresh, iced or boiling, just by pressing a simple button
A washing machine is available to tenants in the laundry room under the stairs.

A cleaning lady ensures the cleaning of the villa 2 times per week (2 hours per passage).

Around the private swimming pool are deckchairs and a parasol.

We provide free beach towels.

We strongly recommend having a car. If necessary, we can put you in contact with a very serious local car rental company which makes the vehicle available directly at the villa.
