About this property

Nice retro appt, Luchon town center very calm garden, ski is cares

Villa Marie Claude puts at your disposal the apartment of its 1st floor in a very quiet area 10 minutes walk from the access to the ski resort and 15 minutes from the thermal baths.
Sleeping side, the 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 double) and the sofa of the stay will allow you to sleep comfortably at 5 and max at 6. In the kitchen you will find a gas / electric hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and microwave, as well as everything you need to cook good meals (including raclette equipment!). For your laundry, a washing machine (in the kitchen), a small indoor clothesline and an outdoor clothesline are at your disposal.
In the living room a TV and, for now, there is no wifi but the steps are underway ... who knows if by your arrival ... Meanwhile, the 4G is perfect in the sector (and mobile voice network too).
Relaxing side, you can use the table, umbrella and garden chairs, very useful in summer. In winter, the ground floor entrance is equipped with a place to support your ski equipment and all your things to dry.
You can also park the car at the back of the house by accessing the impasse Joseph Miffre.

le logement correspondait parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce et est parfaitement situé dans une impasse et très proche du centre ville. un grand jardin ou les enfants sont les bienvenus. voilà pour le coté pratique. concernant l’accueil je ne peux que dire qu'il a été exceptionnel.la gentillesse de la propriétaire dépasse la norme ! tant pas les échanges quotidiens que par sa gentillesse envers notre petit fils de 4 ans qui s'est sentit chez lui ! Mme Verdalle pour notre départ le dimanche de pâques est allée acheter des œufs pour que notre petit fils fasse une chasse dans son jardin, ce geste nous a ému et touché. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine passée chez elle.

Hemos estado muy bien, el sitio es tal y como se describe en el anuncio y las fotos son exactas. Lugar tranquilo, pero el centro de la ciudad se encuentra a 5 minutos andando. La propietaria muy amable y pendiente para cualquier problema que pudiera surgir. Todo perfecto. Por cierto, nos regalaron mermelada casera hecho por la madre de la propietaria, muy buena. Gracias por todo.
