All New Appliances in 2023!! Sunrise Lodge is a beautiful town home located in a quiet family neighborhood close to the lake as well as Harter House in the friendly town of Kimberling City, Missouri. You will find every thing you need here and so much more. You can use the 2 stall garage to park your boat or store your lake toys in as well as you have a driveway with parking for 2 cars. This is the front half of a town house so you will have access to the front drive only. What's Up Dock is only two minutes from the property for renting a slip and dry docking if you prefer.
Sunrise Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the master has a new king bed with a 55" smart TV and the bath has a Jaccuzzi tub for relaxing after a long day on the lake. Guest bedroom has 2 queen beds new in 2023. This room has a 55" smart TV. The common bath has a walk in shower. You will find a full size laundry room with washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen is amazing! It is fully equipped with all new appliances in 2023 and has dishes and silverware and everything you need for cooking. You also have a lovely covered deck for grilling on a gas grill. Great for relaxing on the porch swing or kicking back in the deck chairs or chill out by the fire pit below. Have coffee on the deck early and you'll see why it's named Sunrise Lodge. The living room has a large stone fireplace and 75" smart TV new in 2023 with a sectional couch seating 8 to 10 people. Very comfy! We hope you'll enjoy your stay and return often. FREE WIFI!!

Perfect size and location

This was perfect for our family trip. The beds and couch were roomy and comfortable. It is also close to all the things we needed for our trip.

Table Rock Lake stay

The house was nice with a good view of the lake. It was spacious for the five of us and our stay was enjoyable. The parking was a bit tight with our boat and two cars due to the narrow street and short driveway, but we made it work. For a nicer place, it lacked a few amenities we've had at other properties-hair dryer, basic kitchen staples, etc., but again, we made it work since it was a short trip.

Great location and amenities

This property is close to amenities and was well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Very clean and host was very responsive to answer questions. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe for boat parking.

Great location, clean home.

We stayed at this property for a weekend and it was very clean and comfortable, and was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and family room is a great open space for gatherings and the views from the back deck are a bonus as well. Check in and out was smooth as could be. I would stay here again for sure, highly recommended!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful inside. Nice peaceful quiet area. It was cold outside we watched movies and ate food. Very comfortable place for a quick weekend for a tournament.

Great location

If you're looking for peacefulness but close enough to SDC and town, this is the place. 15 minutes from downtown but only about 10 from SDC. Peaceful area. Local grocery store has a great meat department. Got fresh cut bacon there for breakfast one day. Will definitely stay again when going back to Branson!

Cozy home

Very cozy home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our family loved the big comfortable couch and watching family movies together. It felt like home. Only complaints would be we couldn't get the fireplace to turn on. (Owners did offer to come get it on for us) but it wasn't that big of a deal. And the hot water ran out fairly quick. Everything else was perfect and we highly recommend! Very clean and up to date. Kitchen had all the appliances I needed for cooking too.

Spacious, clean, comfortable stay

The kitchen (we cook a lot, even on vacation) and living room were both as spacious as the pictures suggest. The master bedroom was large, and the bed was comfortable. Also, there were plenty of pillows (which is really important to us). We also love the garage access.

The best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at

The property is beautiful. Large front room with big couch and recliner. Large tv. Beds were comfy and clean. The sink was a bit slow to drain in the main bathroom and hot water tank could be a bit larger but the place was absolutely amazing. I would stay again and recommend to anyone. It was about a 20 min drive into most places in Branson. About 10-15 to the parking lot for SDC.

Such a great place!

This is a great place to stay! Very nice and clean, has beautiful views of the lake. Very quiet and cute neighborhood. Easy to communicate with PJ, if there were any issues - we didn’t have any, but we had a great stay. Would love to come back and stay again!

Nice place! Only 3 beds but comfy couch replaces the other two beds, only one shower, new washer and dryer unexpected, one burner on the stove is out, sensitive smoke alarm without fire just making toast. We had a very nice thanksgiving dinner for family of 7. Thank you!

Fishing Trip

Everything went very smoothly. The house was great. My 20ft boat with fold away tongue fit perfectly in the garage. Very convenient having multiple boat ramps within minutes of the house.

Perfection!

Pj and Rhonda's Condo was everything we imagined and more, the photos don't do it justice! Full of amenities, spacious, great location and great communication. We had all ages from seniors to teens, everyone absolutely loved it! We're already planning for another stay in the near future!

Great place!

Chose this property when coming to Silver Dollar City for the weekend, which was great because we were able to avoid a lot of the traffic because of the location of the property. The place was very clean and comfortable. Added bonus of being able to use the garage!

Great quiet stay

The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Just a nice distance from Branson and great views of the lake and lots of deer that our girls enjoyed watching. Would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway close to fun but still in a relaxed environment. Property manager was extremely helpful and easily accessible if needed as well. 10/10.

PJ nice but not accessible 24/7

House was very clean and open. TVs were other than cable and I could not operate them with much certainty(my fault). I tried to reach PJ after office hours with no success. She did return call following morning which I did not receive because I was on the water. Bedrooms need a small stool or chair to sit in and put on shoes and socks. Also, bathrooms need more places to hang towels/washcloths. Furniture in living room was wonderful. Would certainly stay again.

Great place to experience Table Rock Lake & Branson

This property is ideally located close to Kimberling marina. It has a large garage which is really nice for storing end of the day items after being on the lake. It is only 15-20 minutes away from Branson, and close to Branson West. Ideal layout inside with plenty of resources and room. The property manager is really fast to respond to any questions and super helpful. I would highly recommend this property if visiting the table rock lake area.
