Welcome to our gorgeous three bedroom ranch located in the Island Section just 150 feet from the ocean and within walking distance to downtown. Here you will find linens included for queen bed and 2 double beds with pullout. The ranch has enough space to sleep eight, which makes it a great choice for larger groups. It includes parking, a gas grill, outside shower, microwave, coffee pot, air conditioning, wi-fi and cable.

Best vacation as so close to the ocean!IT is like a private compound with a great porch for New Hampshire breezes!

What makes this property unique

Outstanding benefit is the distance to ocean and boulevard. Ocean is 250 feet! Park your car for the week! Can fit 3 or more cars. Three easy blocks up town but stay in quiet family oriented neighborhood. Air conditioning, ceiling fan in cathedral ceiling, new mattresses ( master a queen and other two are full size) and additional pullout in the living room. Cable with limited internet, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, gas grill, outside shower, and linens are done. Makes for a great vacation!
