Great location as the beach is 1.5 miles away while downtown Charleston is approximately a 10-15 minute drive just across the Ravenel Bridge. This property is across the street from several coffee houses and multiple restaurants with outdoor dining/music. Bike to sunsets overlooking Charleston Harbor at historic Pitt Street Bridge or Alhambra Hall and enjoy local seafood and dolphin watching at iconic Shem Creek all without leaving the neighborhood. Movies such as the Notebook and popular series like the Outer Banks have been filmed here. Also, enjoy the local farmer's market every Tuesday (April-September) a blocks away.

Teresa and Joe are the best hosts. Their property is always very clean and offers everything you and your family need. They are also always available if you need anything at all. Very nice and clean. Exactly as listed and hosts were great. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Location is great for getting to multiple sites around the area. Sullivans Island, Shem Creek, and Old Village. Also easy to get to Charleston and other areas. Walking to restaurants and coffee shops is easy.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to restaurants. Very short drive to the beach (5 minutes or less) with plenty of free parking options. Convenient to Charleston (we took an uber to Charleston for 15!).

The apartment was very comfortable with a small kitchenette and refrigerator. Basic amenities were quite nice and beach towels were provided also! It was very convenient to restaurants and shops and provided a very nice neighborhood to walk in and explore. Thanks for providing such a cute and functional place for my friend and I to catch up and celebrate our birthdays.

Cute stay close to the beach

We had a great short stay at this beach rental! The place was spotless, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. Teresa and Joe were wonderful hosts—very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Perfect spot for a quick getaway with friends. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our Charleston vacation

Property was very clean and comfortable and located in a very nice neighborhood. Perfectly located to easily get to Charleston and also visit Sullivan's Island and Isle Of Palms. Close to many restaurants. So many good places to eat.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood! Very clean and had everything we needed for our quick trip to Mt Pleasant. Super close to restaurants, Publix, and Sullivans Island. Rode our bikes through the neighborhood and found a cute place called Gala Cafe for breakfast. We would definitely return.

Weekend getaway

This is the second time we have stayed here. We came for the weekend for a concert. It is a nice location and has been very clean and comfortable both stays. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest staying here to friends and family. We will be back!
