New 50m2 apartment with all comfort in Chantemerle, in small luxury residence facing south, quiet, beautiful views of the slopes Luc Alphand, Eduits and Prorel, large south facing balcony overlooking the valley, wifi, parking, garage, ski locker .
T3 very bright, new Scandinavian design furniture, wall and light decorations, consisting of a living room dining room kitchen with large bay window living room side (curtains have been added since the photo) and large window dining room side, table expandable 6-8 places.
living room with sofa bed 3/4 convertible rapido bed 160 comfortable mattress bultex, 2 armchairs and stools,
Fully equipped kitchen, multifunction oven, microwave, hob, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
bedroom 1 with bed 160, bedroom 2 with bed 160 divisible into 2 beds of 80. New bedding very comfortable, blackout blinds to the windows. Large closets / dressing room in the 2 bedrooms and in the entrance,
Bathroom, separate toilet. In the entrance small laundry room with washer-dryer, trunk bench, coat racks on all doors.
All furniture, dishes and utensils new and quality. Nespresso, raclette set, wifi board games, comics (Thorgal and Gaston Lagafe integrals), books, connected TV, SONOS play5 stereo system connected to internet, baby chair.
In the garage on the ground floor, a wardrobe and a ski boot rack are available, with heated ski boots.
Sheets and towels can be provided optional for 15 € per person and stay, to ask us, reservation required in advance in high season.
Located on the sunny heights, special car equipment is recommended in case of snow. Free public parking at 100m.

The free shuttle at 100m brings you in 7m at the beginning of the Alphand track, station and shops 500m, accessible in 7 to 8 m on foot. (bakeries, Carrefour mountain, caterers, pharmacy, sports shops ...)

Modern apartment with great view

Jean-Luc's apartment is in a new development building about 10 mins walk from Chantemerle centre. The apartment is very nicely finished with modern appliances and lots of lovely personal touches. It has a great view of the Luc Alphand piste, Prorel mountain and the wider mountain vista from the lounge and large balcony. Highly recommend!

Logement au Top

Nous sommes totalement emballés par notre séjour passé chez Sabine et Jean-Luc. Grande terrasse baignée de soleil, logement extrêmement bien équipé, très calme. Nous sommes à 10 mn à pied de la place du téléphérique (pied des pistes, écoles de ski, location de matériel). Le garage est un plus. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Appartement charmant, lumineux et fonctionnel. L'accès aux pistes de ski est facile (10min à pied) en utilisant les solutions de consigne (chaussures, ski...) proposées par plusieurs magasins de location, à quelques mètres du départ des remontées mécaniques.

Bel appartement avec vue

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour en famille dans cet appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré .Une terrasse avec une belle vue sur une piste mythique de la station ou nous avons eu la chance de déjeuner au soleil .le village de st chaffrey est très agréable ,restos et bars sympas a 5 minutes a pieds. Pied des pistes en navette a 2 pas de l appartement avec une super ambiance en prime . Une navette vallée pour bouger un peu plus loin ,pour nous les grands bains de monetiers .Au top....merci

Excellent séjour dans un très bel appartement

Mes amis et moi-même avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce T3 parfaitement équipé, très propre et fonctionnel. Beaucoup de commodités nous ont facilité notre séjour, comme le lave-vaisselle, le lave-linge, le box pour garer la voiture... Les indications fournies avant notre arrivée par Sabine et Jean-Luc étaient très claires et nous ont permis de rejoindre l'appartement sans difficulté. L'environnement est très calme, la vue depuis l'appartement très belle et l'atmosphère du logement très chaleureuse. L'arrêt de la navette pour rejoindre les pistes est situé à proximité de l'appartement, mais nous avons préféré marcher depuis la résidence pour éviter d'avoir à attendre son passage (compter 15 minutes de marche avant de pouvoir chausser les skis - la fréquence de la navette est de l'ordre de 30 minutes, moyennant les aléa liés aux conditions climatiques). Prévoir des chaînes pour accéder à l'appartement en cas de chutes de neige, la route qui y mène n'est pas ou très peu dégagée par les chasse-neiges. La rue d'accès étant en pente, l'idéal est d'avoir des pneus neige. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement !

Appartement tout á fait neuf, très agréable et très bien equipé. Vue formidable sur les montagnes et les pistes skiables. Appartement situé à seulement quelques centaines de mètres des télésièges/télécabines et les commerces/restaurants de Chantemerle - mais une pente assez raide ! Chantemerle est vraiment au cœur du domaine skiable de Serre Chevalier. Nous y avons passés une super semaine! (Mars 2018) Nice and cosy new apartment, very well equipped. Magnificent view on the mountains and the ski-slopes. The apartment is only a few 100 meters away from the ski lifts, shops and restaurants in Chantermerle- but a bit a steep climb up and down. Chantermerle is really in the middle of the Serre Chevalier ski area. We truly enjoyed this fantastic week! (March 2018)
