About this property
Comfortable chalet in the heart of the mountains, on the edge of the Parc des Écrins
Our comfortable 170 m2 chalet for rent is an old renovated 18th century farmhouse.
It is adjoining another accommodation, which is almost invisible.
It is located at 1,450 m above sea level in the Ecrins foothills facing the peaks of Font-Sancte and Queyras. It overlooks the valley of Mont-Dauphin (the Durance) without any opposite.
From the chalet you can go hiking, without taking a car, on foot or by mountain bike, for big or small walks (up to more than 3000 m if you feel like it).
Nearby there is a body of water with a leisure center, a horse club, mountain bike circuits, large alpine passes to climb by bike, several climbing sites, including that of Ponteil (internationally known). The historical heritage of Vauban (Mont-Dauphin, Briançon), classified by Unesco. Trout rivers, one of which runs close to the chalet.
For relaxation and children, a south-facing, private garden with swings and slide, is crossed by a small stream that you can hear the sound of water cascading

Magnifique chalet
Chalet idéalement situé pour allier rando et baignade pendant les vacances ! La vue est magique ! Les enfants ont adoré le torrent du jardin. Le chalet est très bien équipé... en tout... mieux qu'à la maison...

Mooie ruime woning met een prachtig uitzicht !!
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenaars , met een goede uitleg over de woning !!
Ook kregen wij nog wat streekproducten , wat erg leuk is natuurlijk !
Geweldige bike week gehad met vijf fiets vrienden onder elkaar , prachtig mooi huis met zeer ruime slaapkamers , twee keurige badkamers (1 geweldige jet straal douche) mooie keuken met alles er op en er aan !!
Daarbij ook nog eens een zeer ruime woonkamer met 2 goedzittende 2 persoons bankstellen ( top !! )
Deze woning laat niets te wensen over , met andere woorden , een aanrader !!

Belle maison spacieuse avec une belle vue !!
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, avec une bonne explication de la maison !!
Nous avons également reçu des produits régionaux, ce qui est très bien évidemment!
Grande semaine de vélo a réuni cinq amis de vélo, belle maison avec des chambres très spacieuses, deux salles de bain soignées (une grande douche à jets), une belle cuisine avec tout le reste !!
En outre, un salon très spacieux avec 2 canapés 3 places bien équipés ( le top)
Cette maison ne laisse rien à désirer, en d'autres termes, un must !! »

calme et serenité
Nous avons passer trois semaines magiques perchés au dessus de la vallée, entre les écrins le queyras et le lac de serre-ponçon. La maison est très confortable, un super accueil pour les familles avec balançoire, fruits différents et torrent dans le jardin. La nature est magnifique et la maison spacieuse et charmante. Des vacances d'été idéales !
